I played this course on October 19th 2007 just after it reopened from overseeding. Course is in good condition, fairways were a bit long and greens were hard. I suspect they will soften up and fairways cut shorter in time. Course is very forgiving for a desert course, more of a resort course feel so if you want a challenge go to other desert courses. Would play again though, fun round.
