I play here often - Course is great condition for winter and no rain-all good lies in fairway - greens always great shape and roll pretty true - rough is short - got behind tourney and almost 5 hours - usually only about four hour round-one of the good things about it - all grass range - nice people - go have fun.

Played here many times - great golf holes - from years of neglect tee boxes are still terrible, no rain lately so fairways were tight - greens very good. Rate is low so worth overlooking some of the neglect from past owners - hoping Troon will spend some $$$ and bring it back to LPGA worthy. Can't say enough about how great the layout is - a challenge on almost every hole - So, staff is great, pace of play (4hrs) great, really good greens and a lot of fun! 02/17/2020

Played mid June and just terrific - bent greens and bermuda fairways - both perfect - a deal at $80. 5 star practice areas.

Played today and all greens are sanded! watch out they didn't tell me on the phone.

Greens terrible - plugged 5 weeks ago should have been great but bare patches everywhere and tufts sticking up on most of the greens except two. Something is not right with the grass.
what a shame.

I play this and a bunch of other courses within 60 miles of San Francisco and Chardonnay is in the best condition of any - top notch - Perfect to test new putter/driver/irons

played 9/25/17 really rough shape-needs water-greens true but many ball marks not fixed-bunkers and tees OK-crusty all over is about right-quit after 4 hours on 15th tee-looking at way over five hours-marshal said he had a group skip a hole but no use-used to love this course-going for years. Maybe next year.

Actually pretty good shape not wet with one or two exceptions.

Maintenance is really good and the course condition keeps getting better. Great rate and lots of challenging holes. well worth it.
