For me Apple Mountain is a must play on the way to South lake Tahoe. It is a beautiful track just outside of Placerville . It is a mountain course surrounded by forest rather than track homes so you get nature & wildlife in addition to the challenge. It is always in great condition & is above the fog & below the snow in the winter.
