OK first off, its hole number 3 your talking about. Number 2 is a par 3. Why should the course have to change a hole becasue its difficult? Also, when have you ever heard of a course just changing one hole completely and thats it? Play the course the way it was designed and dont complain because a hole was too hard for you.

Responding to the last comment, the greens were just punched and sanded. Give them another week or two and they will be awesome.

I play this course at least 3 times a week. It is in my opinion the best coure in the area. This course is never in bad condition, the worst I had ever seen it in was during re seeding and thats a good reason. The course is challenging but not unfair. I use every club in my bag no matter what tees i play from. I usually play from the blues but i have played this course from the golds, whites and blacks too. Best course in the area!!

I played today and yes, the fairways are a little brown due to the lack of water at the course. But this course is great anyway. These are easily the best greens i have ever played on. They spin on your approach shots and roll fast and true when you putt. Im a junior so it was only 20 dollars, but I had to walk in 100+ degree heat. It was definatley worth it though. This course will be outstanding when the fairways go back to normal.
I dont know why this course is rated like a 4 right now, even with the dead fairways it is a lot better than that. I fired a 72 even with the "terrible" fairways you guys talk about. This course is not as hard as you guys say it is. It is pretty tough but it is not unfair or rediculous. I will definatley be back.
