Awesome day... Weather was perfect! POP was just under 5 hours... Men's tourney ahead of us! Played single had a discounted teeoff.com and was paired up with a GKer. Thanks Robert aka roarksown1 and a Father/Son team!

Tee boxes level... fairways lush... bunkers playable...roughs were penal! If I had a short game today, I would have had a great day!

Played on Veteran's day...Thanks to all the Men and Women for their AWESOME Service! abbacat got a great deal on Golf Now Hot Deal but was feeling under the weather; so I played for both of us & was paired up with a great father/son team! The Son played the Blues while Dad played the forward tees with me. We started on time @ 10:20...POP was 4 hrs 20 mins. Flew through the first nine and caught up with the groups ahead of us and waited a bit on the back 9. The track was in really great shape. All the tee boxes were level, fairways were awesome with minimal brown spots, & bunkers had sand...I was able to get out of them on the 1st try. Yay! The greens were designed by Lay's Potato Chips with all the undulations, a couple of them looked like they were in need of some TLC and were running medium speed with plenty of break. Since this was the 1st time I've played this course, it was nice to have course knowledge from the guys I was paired up with.

Staff was GREAT...plenty of cart service! A recommendation I would make...let the Superintendent give the mowers the day off on the Weekends; especially on a Holiday!

Love the course...Next time, I would like to try the Champions course there!
