surprised at how wide open the course was on a sunday morning. tee time was originally set for 11, ended up going out at 10:30, never saw a group in front. we did have a 4 some catch up to us (we had 5) but we stayed ahead as much as we could and I think we only caused them to wait on one tee box.

course was in good condition, except for a few damp/muddy spots. rough was cut pretty low which was good for me since alot of those side of the hill lies would have been much harder if it was deep also.

got out in about 4 hours

played today, got out 20 mintues after scheduled tee time, ended up taking a hair over 5.5 hours.... a bit muddy in a few spots (there hasn't been rain in a week) but the greens and fairways were otherwise good.... GPS was very helpful

CONS:
goose droppings littering the rough/tee boxes/rest of the course

40+ geese chilling on the 11th fairway/green

squirrels digging tons of holes around sand traps (there are signs warning you of holes from burrowing creatures though)

sunset = hard to see half your tee shots

PROS:
$21 twilight if someone in your party's a resident of mt view

nice breeze from the bay, quiet setting
