Golf Course Reviews: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Hawaii!I really like this course. Good length for long ball hitters. Fairways and green are well kept. Watch out for the trees. If you can get an early tee time you will run into few backups (the marshals push the AM groups). For the money (approx $33 on the weekends) it's the best buy in the county.
I play Aliso frequently. The greens are in fabulous condition. They are some of the most challenging greens in Orange County. Putt well here and I believe you can putt well anywhere in the country. Fairways are well kept, open and pretty forgiving. Wait until the trees mature. Fairway and greenside bunkers could use more sand, but who wants to be in the traps anyway. Occassionally slow play on the weekends but the marshals are getting on top of it.
