Back to back part 3's which is a bit odd. New housing tracts in and around all 27 holes. Some development is still going on. The Indian 9 is a little narrow, mountain 9 is the most open. The entire course has gone over remodeling the last 5 years with all the new housing. Club house and hotel is soon to be torn down and replaced by newer buildings. Pace of play is quick. I've played it several times and will play it in the future. 7/10
This is a good course for the price. The greens are in very good shape. As others have stated the tee box and fairways leave something to be desired. It has an awkward layout which makes it fun to play. If you are looking to walk on any time and play for cheap then this is worth a try. If you are expecting a great course you will be disappointed.
