Players on this course does not fix their ball marks. Course management should educate and/or pay more attention to abuse its getting.
Fairways: still needs time.. I understand they are in transition but this course fairway has been an issue for let few yrs already.
Greens: some greens need some attention not only from ballparks but few bare spots on few holes.
A year ago this course was low 7pt to high 6pt rated course on GKeeper site… now its mid to high 5's. Players and participants don't lie. Its great track by design, hope management can bring the condition back.

Bumpy greens.
Heard their roller is broke and management has yet to fix this. Heard this last month and returned last Sunday. Same condition.
Tee boxes need some work and greens must be rolled. Its extremely bumpy and inconsistent.

Played Jan 7th. Two days prior to Golfnow OC ProAm. As a regular to this course, I wish they would keep the course as this nice. Greens rolled true and fast enough. Fairways are getting better and sands are being consistent.

Played on 4/17 afternoon.
Greens were not cut nor rolled. very slow and inconsistent.
Could not find the bunker rake on Hole 6 and 8 and notified marshall. Bunkers were inconsistent and poor.
Pace of play was excellent and customer service was great. They really have to maintain the greens and bunkers better or natural beauty of the course itself will not draw me back again.
