I have played the Links at Summerly on many occasions even during the flooded conditions in 2010-2011. The course is very unique- links style with water features. The pro shop, restaurant, carts and staff are all top notch and rates are very reasonable in today's economy. I enjoy every outing at the Links. Lots of ball marks on the greens but they do not affect the roll. Course is fair and can be a challenge. Worth the trip to Lake Elsinore. Right next to the Diamond Stadium where the Padres Single A minor league team plays and the skydivers and parachutists next to the course add to the unique golfing experience.

Short course that is fun to play

I play here on occasion. It can be pretty wet after a rain. Otherwise, it's a nice course to just play and not worry about the score.

I like the course and have found some good deals on green fees. It can be slow but the layout is good and generally in good shape. I did not encounter staff problems.

I have played here a few times. In the summer, it's pretty good as the green fees are low. If it has rained at all, it can be a quagmire. We actually saw a guy playing in rubber boots. He was smart.

Like the Palms course, the Lakes is a great value. The conditions can be a bit rough but the greens are generally in good shape. We have usually played through slower groups with no problems.

This is a regular stop on my SoCal visits when golfing with my non-golfing brother and friends. The course gets a lot of play and conditions are not country club but the price makes it a great value.

I play this course on my visits to SoCal. The conditions vary a bit and there can be very slow play sometimes. Cross Creek can be a bit overpriced but twilight rates are good and the wind does not bother soemone form Northern Nevada. Overall, I really enjoy the course and the setting.

Keep the driver in the bag! It's not even needed on the par 5's. Beautiful but narrow course. A great track for a bag with a bunch of hybrid clubs. Limited development on the course. A real bargain!

Played the course in perfect weather just before the AT&T Pebble. A great course!

A lot of people talk about the challenge of Apple Mountain due primarily to the terrain, trees, blind shots and solid greens. However, the best reason to play Apple Mountain is the yearround beauty of the course and the surroundings. We travel the 2+ hours to Apple Mountain 5-6 times a year.
