This track has so much potential. It really could be a GREAT course if they had any grounds crew what so ever. Course was in terrible shape except for the greens. 60% of the fairway should have been marked under repair, though only one spot was and it was nearly a swamp.
The tee boxes were the worst I have ever seen. I don’t think one was level, or fully covered in grass. Thankfully it was only $17 for resident twilight. Otherwise I would have demanded my money back.

Started on the north course but after 30 minutes, still had not teed of on the second hole. The pro shop refused a refund and suggested we play the south course in stead. Pace was better, about 4 hrs, course was in average shape for this track, only saw the marshal once arounf the 15th tee. Tees of at 3:45 made it in before the sun went down. Greens still not fully recovered from punching, but well on their way.

Played on 4-17, teed off at 3:30 was in the clubhouse by 6:45. Great price for residents $17, greens were just punched and to much sand was screened on the greens. Difficult course, with easy pin placement, just wish the upkeep was a little better.
