Golf Course Reviews
Golf Course Reviews: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Hawaii!Had a chance to Play this course for the first time a good long while and glad the timing was right because the course really is in Pristine Shape.
Greens: The best Ive ever seen them at Oak Valley, perfect time of the year to play. No major divots, no bare or even thin spots. They are rolling great, no real bumps that we noticed.
Fairways: Perfect, no bare spots, absolutely no bad lie on any fairway, cant say that for all courses we play.
Tee Boxes: Solid, a few with some bad divots, not nothing major.
Traps: Most of the ones I saw where rather nice, no mud a couple of them where a little hard but definitely playable.
Rough: lush and tall and it always is at this course, nothing to complain about.
Overall the course is great, looking forward to going back soon. You can find the better price on Golf Now, worth every penny.

Had a chance to jump on the course and tag along while Gus and Ron played out their GK Cup Match on 20 Feb 18.
It had been a while since I played here, as most of you may know several holes are under construction and temp holes have been sorta made up around the course. former holes 2 and 7 have both been cut down to short par 4's and pay 3's with greens placed in what used to be fairways.
Aside from the construction moves the course for the most part is in great shape, fairways are nice, greens rolling and holding shots really well, very well kept. The only areas that were sub par were the temp stuff, not as nice, not so clean, but then again, all that is just not where it belongs so its understandable.
It was worth the $30 I paid the play there in the morning. We caught a bad break on the frost delay and that really kept to POP extremely slow, that was just luck of the draw.
I'll be back after all the holes are ready, as i'm sure its going to be a great course once again. Maybe a GK event after the course is back.

Played here on 2/14 just before 2pm and we were gone by 5 (with Gus)
It was the second round of the day having played earlier with Jonny, Ron and Gus at Omni that morning.
I had never played here before, was not sure what to expect. Only $29, it was a quick round. Had allot of fun here, worth the green fee and then some. Great service at the pro shop, and cart return.
Greens were in great shape, hard to read at times, but it made it a good challenge.
Fairways were good, no bare spots, some thin areas but no problem at all.
Tee Boxes are good, some were a little beat up but nothing to complain about.
POP was great till the last 3 holes were some folks killed the pace with the 8 players, 1 doubling as a photographer.
Looking forward to playing here again later in the year, good views and a mix of narrow and wide fairways. Very solid place to play.

Played Legends this morning with Gus, another GK member. We had a 7:40 Tee Time
Course was in good shape for this time a year. Always enjoy playing both tracks.
We played the Blue/White combo
Tee Boxes:
Good with only a few not so level areas. Some did have a ton of divot marks. Nothing terrible.
Fairways:
Mostly good, only a few yellow sports, nothing bare. No bad lie on any fairway.
Greens:
No issues, they held well, rolled good. Several unfixed divots, golfers just need to fix their marks a little better.
Pace of play was good, took about 4 hours, we only waiting a couple times and not for long. It was a very good day for Sunday play.
Cart girls came around twice, water was available. Club house service was great, bar area was good and great service.
Tukwet is always worth it.

Played here on 2/11, first time, loved the layout, fun course to play, fairways not the greatest but not bad. Greens a little on the slow side but none the less its a great course to play, I'd do it again anytime.

Played here on 7/12, having played here back in February its in much better shape. Still bare spots out there, but some areas of the fairways are very good. I'm not too picky others might be more critical, but I enjoyed it and i'll be back. Tee boxes and greens were great.
Played here during my Vegas vacation with fellow Gk'er adigital87, what an amazing track, we cought some heavy wind by the 13 or 14th hole that made it very difficult but we made the best of it. this course is a solid 10, and from what I saw driving around the others are just as good.. if your in Vegas, come here.. worth every penny. I'll be back to play the others next time I'm in town.
Played here Easter Sunday, it was a great day on a great layout. Course was in Good shape, a few thin spots here and there, Greens lighting fast, witch was fun.. I didn't have to much trouble reading the greens, I thought it was very fair. Service was great, played with 3 locals who helped out with course knowledge. Good guys were fun to play with, Mike, John & Adam
