Golf Course Reviews: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Hawaii! The course was in winter attire (Burmuda grass was brown) but played wonderfully. Landing areas were all green (because of overseeding I guess). Greens were true and smooth. Conditions were dry so greens were fairly hard. It played like a links course in that respect. It has become one of my favorites in all So Cal.
Two lakes still under construction, but the course is in much better shape than last time I played (1 month ago). Greens are better than I've ever seen them. Seem to have less play than before, not terribly fast, but smoother.
All lakes dry. Construction close to tee boxes very distracting. Very dry fairways.
Greens aerated and lightly sanded on 8/2/04
