Golf Course Reviews: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Hawaii!I played on the 30th and the yardage markers are in place and it is a beautiful course. Very challenging and more so without local knowledge. It was really busy as was Rustic Canyon and you could barely find out they were totally booked but that was Holiday Madness. I look forward to playing those concrete greens and great layout again.
I played Balboa 10/31 and it was crowded but played fast for a public course 4 1/2 hours and I thought the greens were in really nice shape though they were pretty slow. The main point I wanted to make was the tee boxes were pretty mushy and there were a lot of places on the fairways they could have conserved a lot of water.
