This can be really long if you play from the back tees, but the course is very fair with large fairways and greens that are not too fast. Many blind tee shots (i.e. you can't see where the green is from the tee), so it helps to play here with someone who knows it. You get some very nice views of the surrounding countryside, depending on the hole. I'd say that overall this a high-class municipal golf course; not quite as nice as the best public courses in the area, but notably better than most munis.

This course used to be terrible, but the greens have improved dramatically. The layout is very flat, but has enough variety between doglegs, trees, water and distance to create a challenge. The fairways still need work to catch up to the improved quality of the greens. They also appear to overwater the golf course. For the price though, you are getting a decent deal.

The course is average almost all ways -- in good shape, but not great; the layout is moderately interesting; the prices are about middle of the road; the pace of play is pretty average as well. The greens *look* good, but have their share of bumps and do not always roll true. Tees and fairways are probably marginally better than most municipal golf courses. The course is not particularly long or difficult and there are only a few notable hazzards. A good beginner's golf course, especially if you can score an internet discount deal.

A solid value. While the layout of this golf course is nothing special, the condition of the course is excellent. The greens are in extremely good shape, though they are not mowed particularly tightly so do not play too fast. Some of the undulations on a few of the greens border on ridiculous, but they are entertaining. Not a particularly long golf course, but the shorter holes play into the wind, creating some challenge. The long rough noted by other reviewers will come into play for mid-high handicap players and will penalize you, but it should not dissuade you from playing here.

A hilly golf course with a good variety of holes; if you don't like dealing with sidehill lies and a tee shot that hits the fairway but rolls off, don't play here. Greens vary in quality but are reasonable given the cost to play here. Fairways on the last 4-5 holes are as much sand as grass. Overall, you get what you pay for.

The layout is solid, with interesting and challenging holes featuring significant elevation changes. However, though course conditions are improved in many places; it still falls short of the conditions at nearby Harding Park. Some greens are in the midst of being replaced, many tee boxes are not level. Fairways are good for the most part, but muddy patches remain. Don't pay full price, but if you can play for ~$50-60, you'll get what you pay for.

Interesting golf course with a variety of holes (long, short, up, down). The rough is thick and it is important to keep your shots on the fairways. Greens are in good shape and roll true, but they are not that fast. If you can play here for $80 or less, it is worth it.

Links style golf course, pretty open and not too difficult. Greens are in excellent shape and roll true. Relative to other courses in the area, I don't believe it is worth the $150, though the views can be spectacular, so that is worth something.

Good greens. A well-kept course for being public.

Wind is the key challenge here.

Greens are up and down, some nice, some not so great. The course is short, not terribly difficult.

Overall, I'd say you get what you pay for.
