Enjoy this nice layout....very challenging with some tight narrow holes on the front 9. The back 9 is a completely different course. The course is greatly improving, though not even close to how immaculate the original course was with the original owners. This course is getting a lot play now and even allows 5somes, so some time the pace of play can be slow. Worth the green fee!

I played this course a couple times the past week and was suprised to see how the course looked from the previous time i was there. The course was in fairly good shape overall. The greens were the only bad part of the round. Ball was riding bumps all day and rolling SLOW. Overall the course was in good shape. Greens should be better after the aeration.

Played saturday 3/17/07 as a tournament member.Each time I play here lately I note general quality of course conditions getting better.Far from their golden era was 3-4 years ago when they had surprising greens with good rolling,fast speed with some mountain breaks but after passing worst conditions now is O.K.
Last time I mentioned hole #4 changed to par 5 now with remodeled tee box already done converted interesting layout. All fairways lush green & tee boxes very acceptable.
Always best #18 hole to finish the round.

Fairways are good, but tee boxes are just tolerable. Greens are just okay and bit on a slow side. Did not have a cart ready and made our group wait extra 15 minutes, which was lame. Also, the pace of play was pretty dreadful, as it took over 5 1/2 hours to play the around. Had a couple of yahoos hit balls from behind and just missed us both times. No apologies either - some golf etiqutte these days!!

I went on the weds. and it was crowded. 5 1/2 hrs. Greens are great on the front 9, horrible on the back 9. And I mean horrible. Acne problems on the back 9 greens. I am thinkin the people who play at westridge on a regular basis don't fix their ball marks. Beware, a lot of pushy Koreans and I mean, a lot. I had my bag on the back of the cart, just about to wrap it in, and one of the locals, drove off with my bag. I had to pull it off, while he drove off. Very odd. I will not be playing there again.

They rolled very true to the line and very consistent hole-to-hole. The wind was kicking so the front 9 was a bit difficult. But the back 9 seemed to be better shielded from the wind. Good times...nothing to complain about.

Pretty good acceptable conditions overall. The major change of layout is they are switching hole #4 par 4 to par 5 & hole #5 was par 5 to changing par 4.
All fairways got nice green color lush turf.
All tee boxes too but some divot damages.
Greens are especially comimg back to normal conditions cause lately had really bad mood but now speed was good & smooth.
Especially # 13's was disastrous with barespots but now is pretty good .
I think for this summer gonna be much better.

Course was in great condition with the exception of the greens. The fairways were lush, and is probably the first time I've played a course that looked as good as the pictures. Rough was about 3 inches, and definitely will stop your ball if you don't keep your drive in the fairway; but wasn't too difficult to hit out of. Sand traps were ok, though a little suprised they weren't better for what this course charges. The greens had lots of unrepaired ball marks, which made for very bumpy and medium/slow putting. I have to believe its the players who aren't fixing their ball marks, and not the greenskeepers since the rest of the course was in great shape. I had a great time playing this course, but be prepared for a slow round as mentioned by others. My round took 5 1/2 hours. I'd still recommend this course, but maybe try to get a real early tee time to finish in a reasonable time.
