played 5-31 with an early tee time. Not crowded at all. Greens and tees are in great shape. Unfortunately the traps leave a lot to be desired. Little to no sand and unmaintained. There is still a lot of stagnate water in their ponds that is smelly and seams to be attracting a lot of bugs. its a shame because this is a great course to play, generally a lot of fun

Played Sunday @ 10:00 and finished just before 2:00. Nice pace of play. Course in good condition and still improving from winter "No Rain". had a very enjoyable round.

Not what it use to be for sure. Starting to run down some. Conditions are playable but not lush. Due to a clinic, could not get close to practice range. Pace of play was about 4 1/2 hours. Staff was pleasant and helpfully. $ was good.

This is one where you get what you pay for. Very, very slow play. Over booked. Course in very poor condition, except for tee boxes. Greens were soft but so bumpy you could not get a true roll. It took 2:45 minutes to play 9 holes as a single.

This can be a really fun course. A nice layout when taken care of. But it is starting to go downhill again. Traps are literally mud and basically unplayable. Starting to get a lot of bare spots on the fairways and does not look as if they are attempting to make the repairs. The lakes on the course are really bad and stinky.

Played 2-27-11
I have seen some no so good things about this course, but I did not find it all that bad. Keeping in mind it is winter and we have had a lot of rain, course maintenance cannot work everyday. Couse played pretty decent with the exception of a lot of the traps had water in them. Rained heavy on Sat. The greens were good and the fairways were OK except again there was some standing water. They were working very hard to pump away all the water. Played in 3.5 hours and enjoyed the round. Certainly worth $39.00.
If they want to improve the experience a little they could get rid of the birds that hang around a few of the greens. Can get a little tough on soem of the greens.

Played today 1-16. I once qutie playing this course because of the pace of play was terrible due to 5somes. When the new owners came along they advertised no more 5somes and a good pace. So i started back playing again about 7 monhs ago. But today, We had a 3 some behind a 6some!!!!!!! We contacted the proshop 3 times and they said the marshall was coming out. He did, he just waved at them and kept on going. This is a short course and usually plays in abouy 3 1/2 hours with a 3 some. It took almost 5 hours to play today. Absolutely unacceptable but they did not seem to care. It is a shame because this can be a fun course to play

Played 11-16 and was very disappointed. This was a very long 5+ hour round on bad greens. Beginning with no starter available, everyone just went out when they wanted, which led to very slow play all day. Combine that with no Marshall and you get a less that enjoyable experience. At one point on the 16th tee, there were 4 groups waiting. Not fun. A shame as I like the course in general, but there is definately room for improvement.

Played 7-26, first time at this course and found it to be an outstanding course. Staff and course was great. People were very polite and frendly. The course played in the 4 hour time frame and was a very enjoyable round. Greens were a little slow, but they have to keep them wet in the heat. It was 106 degrees but the breeze kept it quite bearable. All in all it was well worthe the green fee and the drive.

Played 5-4 and 5-11. Course just keeps getting better each week. Its being well kept and groomed. Greens are a little slow but roll very well. Pace of play was very acceptable , both days were 4 hour rounds.
All in all a very good experience

Played Sunday afternoon. Course is in pretty good shape and plays well. Greens have come back a lot. Lot of fun to play, but..as usual the service was somewhat to be desired. It was 95+ degrees and not one water cooler anywhere on the course and not refreshment cart to be found. The one thing I have never cared for at this course is the customer service. If they could improve in this area it would be one of the best courses around for the general public.
