Played 10-14. Course is in very good shape. Lots of watering has been done following course aeration. In fact, there were many wet areas from overwatering. Course plays too short from the white tees. However, on this day, they were overseeding a lot of the tee boxes and all the markers were grouped together - so it played even shorter. Fairways are lush and the ball sits up nicely. The only detracting feature is that a lot of the bunkers are thin with lots of rocks. Fortunately, with the new rules, you can remove rocks that interfere with your ball. But, still, those rocky bunkers are not an asset. Most of the greenside bunkers were beautiful and devoid rocks. Nice coupon for $32 here on Greenskeeper. Thanks to Eagle Glen and our own John Hakim for that. Makes for a really good playing experience/deal.

played here last week mid morning as a twosome, a bit of a late review. i like the layout of this course, not too difficult if you have played it a few times and know where to hit it. course was in dry late summer conditions as expected due to the heat. teeboxes were all in good condition from the blues. fairways had generally decent thinnish coverage, but there were some brown and occasional bare areas. there isn't too much rough here to speak of. i was not in any bunkers. greens are the best part of the course, played soft, medium speed, and rolled pretty true with minimal bumps. approaches were generally hop and stop. wasn't very crowded out there, we played through a couple off groups after getting backed up behind a foursome front 9 and made it around in about 3 1/2. enjoy playing here when i can.

Played on Monday, September 2nd. Tee'd off at Noon and PoP was 4:45, not bad for a holiday, with 2 and 3's going out. Chevelle's review is spot on. The one thing I will add is that there are a few fairways that show signs of recent punching (does not effect play) and the rough is growing back from recent punching or cutting (can effect lie). Fixed 4-6 ball marks on every green, otherwise they are in very good shape. The fairways are firm and you do get extra rollout.
Can be a tough course if not hitting it straight off the tee. Hole 16 is a beast of a tee shot is not a longish hitter. Saw the cart girl several times. One downfall about this course is that if you are looking for a bite to eat at the turn, you are out of luck because there is no turn, the clubhouse is not near any tee except number one. So eat before you tee off. Staff is always nice here. I will be back after the greens are healed from the upcoming punching.

Played Fri Aug 30th at 7am, check in was friendly and quick. Looking from the 1st tee course looked a little greener than expected. Tee box good, fairways were very short grass and have a few brown spots but was expected with the heat that it has had. Fairway bunker on #5 had really good sand, but partners were in other green side bunkers and said they were hard. This place usually has very fast greens, but the 1st green is always slow because the sun does not dry it up. As you play on the greens get faster. Greens were softer than usual, we had ball mark repairs all day, again extra water because of the heat. I hear people say this course is too short from the whites, well it is only 5552 yards, but you better hit it straight. We had a group in front of us tee off from blues on first 2 holes (no they shouldn't have) and they moved to the whites. Yes I only used driver on 3 holes on the back, 5 wood off tee on 3 others but I shot 40. I am 14 handicap. My suggestion is play the whites, if you shoot above 90 then this is where you belong. NOTHING wrong with using 3 wood or 5 wood off the tee.

Course is fun. Plays too short from the whites. Course itself in need of water. Started aerating the fairways on Monday, the 19th. They need it. Bermuda grass is brown. It's not bad, just needs lots of water. As a result, you get lots of roll in the fairway. Greens are always pretty good here - no complaints except they are getting hard and as a result are a little less receptive. Bunkers look great, but there is only maybe 1'2" of sand before you get to the packed stuff underneath. Still a fun course, especially for the pricing specials they run.

Played on 8/5 in the afternoon (GREAT twilight rate).
The bad - no beverage cart and it's a detour to get into the clubhouse at the turn for a bite to eat. There was a damage waiver/info form on the cart steering wheel.. but no scorecard. Guy at register took the $ but no other interaction or indication about when to head out. No call from a starter to play. I think I could have probably grabbed a cart and gone out without anyone noticing (I'm not suggesting anyone should do that, just pointing out the lack of customer service).
The good - course was EMPTY for a Saturday afternoon. We had a 2some and then a single tee off ahead of us (4 some) and we never saw them again. We let a twosome play through and we did have to wait for them a couple times (they were SLOW and they stopped for food at the turn).
The course is in good shape. Minimal ball mark damage on the greens. Fairways were mostly in very good shape (par 5 3rd had a big area in middle of fairway that was bare).
Sand traps were not very sandy. Buddy got into a couple and there wasn't enough sand to hit under the ball.
Tee boxes were in good shape.
The course is built into some hills/canyons just south of Corona, CA. Some very dramatic elevation changes and some really creative par 3s.
It's Corona in the summer, so it's hot, but they get a little breeze to keep it from being awful.
Get out and play it!

Played this morning @ 6:20am as a 3some behind a 4some and finished in almost 4 hours. It should've taken 3 1/2 hrs or less but a slower 4some had us waiting in about half the holes. Still ok as sun never broke through this morning.
Course overall is in good to very good shape. You still find burned out or dirt patches on a number of fairways but they are making effort to aerate many of those areas and watering them more heavily than we've seen previously. Greens always rolled well here but had been more "spongy" for the past few months. However, it finally got semi-hard and smooth this morning so we're hoping it stays that way. Fairways have gotten a lot greener but still a long ways off from being "lush".
Very enjoyable round of golf due to scenery, friendly staff and improving conditions. Recommended.

Played here 7/21/19 with a 6:50 am tee time. Pace of play was awesome at 4.5 hours for our foursome. Cost was $77 pr player. Staff was very friendly and kind. Starter did a great job pacing groups and not putting twosomes behind 4 somes etc.

Course conditions:
Greens- Perfect! downhill speeds were fast but greens held balls and rolled true.
Fairways- lush green and trim. A few ground under repairs on hole 12 par 5 which hopefully they will get fixed.
Rough- Not too long, able to get out of pretty easily.
Sand- fluffed and able to get out of, no rocks visible. (i was in 4 traps)
Tee boxes- level and green and good with the exception of hole 15.
Water- clean and clear.
cart girl- saw her twice on hole 8 and hole 14.
