Went out on the $85 Internet special. Really really cool track, especially the first nine. Rolling thru mature Oaks, just visually stunning. Greens were really some of the best bent grass in all of Southern California..just pure pure. Great design. My only issues was with the firmness of the sand....a bit too firm for the quality of the track. Looks like they are going to reseed and punch in about a week. Get on it!

T boxs great with only a couple of par 3 areas divot-ed.
Fairways green & lush. My T shots on 1 & 4 found soggy areas and didn't roll past landing, but the rest had good roll and soft conditions.
Greens near perfection and rolled at about med. fast
Busy day & very windy so pace was slow. Wind made some shots very difficult.
Took advantage of the free replay and flew around the second time.

I play on a email special, 2 for $99. The course was in super shape. some of the tee boxes had a lot of divots, but they where firm and level. the fairways where firm with a little cushy in the turf. The rough was fair and playable level cut. The bunkers where deep on some and the sand condition was fluffy and racked smooth. The greens where rolling medium fast, and very true to the cup. There are several holes with a lot of angulation.
Really enjoyed the time on the course, it was only 4:15 with a foursome.

This is as close to immaculate condition as it gets folks. Great track, services, and condition is prime. Go play!

This is as close to immaculate condition as it gets folks. Great track, services, and condition is prime. Go play!

Tee boxes were level and nicely cut. There were divots from previous players of the same day, but that's normal. Fairways were nicely cut, lush, and consistent everywhere. Rough was again nicely mowed, consistent, and just absolutely beautiful. Greens were undamaged, rolled true, and just above average in speed. Bunkers had plenty of sand, which is amazing for an inland course that gets quite windy, and was consistent throughout the course.

Custom service was great from check-in, starter, to the cart girl. We had an early morning tee time and finished in just over 4 hours in a relaxing pace. I believe this was the best condition I've played outside of Pebble.

Amazing! Spectacular views of Riverside county from several elevated tees.

Despite the threat of rain, our foursome continued forward with our round.
Teed of about 8:30 (4.5 hr round) with no groups ahead, basically enjoying a private round. The course was near immaculate all around with the exception of recovering greens. Even though they were still under repair, the greens maintained a relative trueness; which can be attributed to their normally pristine conditions.

Fairways - groomed, perfect
Tee Boxes - groomed, near perfect
Rough - thick, lush.... perfect

Okay, this course is hard! I was playing one of my better rounds and rolled out with a fair 40/42, 31 putts while taking 4 penalty strokes! DONT MISS THE FAIRWAY!

Perfect as usual. Tee to green BEAUTIFUL! Greens slowed slightly by them verticutting (or something like that) on Monday. The course will be closed Monday & Tuesday because they are punching the greens. So Wednesday to Sunday will be discounted price, but greens will be sandy.

I played this past Monday, Feb. 17th at around 1pm for a twilight rate of $59. I found this rate to be an outstanding deal for such a high caliber course. We were able to finish the entire round but be forewarned, if you are trying to squeeze in the round before dusk, the air temperature drops significantly once the sun falls below the hills. The course conditions were in a similar state as the previous reviewer described, amazing! From the tee boxes, to the fairways and greens, all very well maintained. However, the bunkers were inconsistent. The bunkers that I was in during the front 9 were filled with soft sand and had excellent coverage. However, I found myself in some bunkers with thin coverage on the back 9. Additionally, each time that I've played this course, the maintenance staff was busy working away on the front 9. This got to be a little distracting but I suppose that it's a small inconvenience to trade off for optimal conditions. A purist could describe some holes on this course as a little tricked out with big elevation drops, plenty of forced carries, and trees in the middle of fairways. I am not a purist and find these holes to be fun! When I see big elevation drops, I see photo ops. There is a free driving range as well as a short game practice area which is included in the greens fees. Lastly, I didn't see a cart girl the entire round but the cart attendants were very nice and helpful.

Played Monday 2/3 around 11:30am. Excellent!!!!! Amazing shape, not just for winter either, fairways are lush and green, rough is lush and very full but not too penal, greens were great and the tee boxes were for the most part good, except a few uneven levels and some heavy divoted areas. The only complaint would be the bunkers. Hard pan under a think veil of sand. Bunker shots go rocketing out. Another complaint is the Brown/tan rough surrounding some bunkers. It's very penal and my ball got in there pretty deep off a drive on 14 and it ruined my whole round and elbow trying to hack my ball out of there. Those areas should be shaved down so balls go into the bunker, not stuck in it. Still one of my favorite courses and worth the hour drive from OC.

Played on 01/12/14 for $59.00.Course was in great shape all around.Weather was perfect and the staff was outstanding.The golf course is very scenic and the gps system in the carts is amazing.They even show a fly over of each hole as you drive up to the tee box.This is a must play course.Have fun.
