OK, what do you expect when you pay only $25 and it includes a cart? The tees were OK, at least from the blues. I suspect that the blue tees don't get much action during the week. The fairways were a little shaggy due to the recent overseed and you will not get any roll off the tee. The greens were OK, not real fast, not real slow, but held every shot during the round. Why have bunkers if you are not going to put any sand in them? All of the bunkers were only filled with dirt. I do not believe that this is acceptable (at any price). If the course is not going to properly maintain the bunkers with sand, why not just let the grass grow in them. Lastly, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Good staff with great customer service. The course is in good shape considering the heat we have been enduring the last month or so, the fairways are a bit tatered, greens are in great shape, the bunkers could use some work and a little more sand, but overall the course is holding up to summer well. No its not a country club, but neither is the pricing. The ladies in the snack shack are very nice, the food is good and there are lots of specials to be had. I play both courses regulary and always enjoy myself.

Go for it people, fun course and summer fairways. Sand in the bunkers, grass in the fairways and smooth greens. Enjoy yourself, it's not a private course.

Totally Brutal...........yes, that's right....TOTALLY BRUTAL. I think the worse thing about this "course" is that there are two (2) of them here...(and the other one is in equally POOR condition)......there must be 30 different kind of weeds and grasses all kind of growing together here that compromise a "fairway"....which hasn't been mowed....so it's all carry here. Even if you nail a draw off of the tee the ball will not run when it lands.....that's really cool on an uphill 429 yard par 4......really cool....and even cooler when you hit a low drawing runner (to avoid the obnoxious wind here) on a downhill par 4 or 5 and it rolls 2 feet after landing............that's really cool..........great. I will say the greens were in decent shape.....if you ever reach them. Topping off the day I went into the "snack shack" to order a sandwich.....and looked on in horror as the lady made it with her BARE HANDS.......no gloves..............again, TOTALLY BRUTAL.........and let's just say I smiled, said "Thanks" and threw that badboy RIGHT IN THE GARBAGE CAN as soon as I had left.......wow...........and yes, I left a tip. And please let me leave a tip for the rest of you..........DON'T PLAY HERE..............DON'T COME HERE..........IT WILL SERVE YOU WELL TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.........FOR FIVE TO TEN EXTRA BUCKS YOU CAN PLAY A COURSE THAT HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF

the 25 dollar deal is pretty nice. they have pretty decent greens for how heavy of play they get. today we tee'd about 8:45 and finished about 1:30, pretty slow. they have pretty nice fairways and the rough can be quite punishing. their sand looked pretty janky in most places, however the sand i was in was playable. i only had a couple of complaints. this is one of the worst marked courses for yardage. they have the blue, white, and red markers in the center on the holes, but absolutely no sprinkler heads which led to some guessing and coming up short. this would be a good course to have a gps handy. another thing is the gnats. the bugs can be pretty gnarly here. i recommend wearing glasses and pulling your shirt over your face when driving in the cart. seriously, they get all in your eyes and mouth.
try this place out while its 25 bucks.

This course is a great bargain at $25 with cart on weekdays. The course is in great shape except for weak bunkers, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can afford to play twice per week at this price, whereas at other courses nearby I cannot afford to play even once per week. Keep up the good work, Prado!

Played this course for the 1st time today. I find this a fun course. It has a little of everything; water, sand, trees, small streams, uneven lies, uphill and downhill shots, etc. The tee boxes and fairways were lush with very few bare spots. The greens are a little too soft, thus a little slow to my liking, but it rolls fairly true and not bumpy. The only real improvement should be the bunkers. They could use a lot more good sand. Even though I did not score well. I really enjoyed my round

Played Sat 04/04. Fairways are in decent shape. Don't miss the fairways, the roughs are lush ~ 1 to 3 inches. Bunkers are OK. Greens are very nice compare to fairways & bunkers. Speed is about normal to slow on certain greens. Not too many ball marks. Pace was 4~4 1/2 hours. Customer services are just OK. More to the rude side. Give them GK rating 4 on customer services but the overall course I give 5.5
This course has few water hazards and few par 4 holes. If you have long tee shots, you will do fine on this course.

Course in lush condition except almost all bunkers had little to no sand. Greens VERY slow. Rough playable. Overall an excellent value for the money - April is $25 (W/cart) month.
