What a nice surprise! Very nice course. Great greens for a muni. The played fast and firm, and held high approach shots, didn't hold well on short shots though. It isn't very easy to run the ball onto the green, as most greens are above the fairway below. Fairways were lush, and gave good roll. Rough was about 1-3 inches thick. BEWARE- course is very hilly and is a bear to walk!! The Grill food was okay, but it took forever to get our food. Overall nice course and will play again!

Course is shaping up. Greens should be nice since they aereated them. Fairways are hard! I hit a 3 wood nearly 290 on one hole, and 250+ on others. They aren't very thin. Again, this course is shaping up nicely.

Played Twilight 4/10/10. Course is in okay condition. Can't say much about the fairways and rough as they were close to the same length of grass. Bunkers were acually kind of nice, and not wet because of the recent rains. The greens were slow and bumpy. But, I always find Westlake fun and great to play and practice on!

Played 4/8/10. Overall good course. Lots of reachable Par 5's. Greens were slow and hard to read, and there were only 2 one putts in our group. Fairways were mostly lush and green. Rough wasn't very thick, and the bunkers are hard packed. Good customer service except that there wasn't any cart girls out. Great value and has GPS carts.

Course is immaculent! Fariways are very lush and green and the same with the rough which is 3+ inches thick. Greens are receptive and VERY FAST! Customer service & Food was A++. Great value with the Tri-County rates. Will be back!

Overall nice course. Rough is lush & green. The fairways were also lush but not green. Greens were punched and sanded so I couldn't tell much about them. Most of the course is point & shoot, but there are some holes were you can let your driver go. The great thing about Glen Annie is there customer service. They make sure you are well taken care of and very courteous.

Course has improved- every except the fairways and rough. The rough is not very long, and there are still some bald spots in the fairway nearest the rough. Much improved though.

Wow! Olivas has really improved since I've played it last. Probably has some the lushiest fairways in Ventura County. Greens are nice. Great deisgn. I will defineately play here again!!

So so course. Fairways are ok. Not a lot of rough, but when there is, it is really patchy. Greens were just punched, so they putted terrible. They were soft and slow, but I did spin back a little sandwedge on six. Nice sized greens. They're small, so its a ball strikers course. Not bad for nine holes. Too many hackers and a bad driving range (mats are hard and bumpy, range balls don't fly far.).

Play on Aug 15th. Course was better than last time. Bunkers are rock hard, greens are really slow, even downhill! Fairways are ok and the rough is trash. A little overpriced too. Not a easy course to walk either. Good for a beginner or for practice.

Played the South Course on Aug. 12th. Course is in pretty good condition. Fairways are lush, rough isn't tall in most places, but still lush. Bunkers have nice, soft sand in them. Greens held well (but I think they sanded them.). Views are spectacular. Course does play long for white tees and up (white: 6600+) and have to have special permission to play the blacks (blues are 7000+ too.). The women get real lucky distance wise (only 5500 yards!) compared to the North Course (6000+ for them.). Torrey Pines has 2 different greens: the left is the North course's green, and the right is the South course's green ( all locations are from front of clubhouse.). As for now, the South is in better condition and plays harder than the North, although the North will be redesigned
next year.

Played July 27. Course is pristine. Greens hold well, do have a little brown in em'. Fairways are lush, and get good roll. Rough is a good length. Great soft bunkers. Great views, and not very windy either. Course is tight. So prepare to have the 3 wood eat!!
