I guess the word is out about the $20 green fee after 12. Only problem is it brings out the inconsiderate people who seem to have no clue on etiquete. I even talked to 2 Asian ladies who admitted to skipping holes in the past so they wouldn't have to wait but now it is to crowded for that. Main problem is no marshal with any authority or nerve to tell the bums to straighten up or leave. I went to one green on Monday and there were 2 empty beer cans left on the green. Course in good shape, golfers aren't. Time to go play elsewhere.

Played this course 3 days after Goose Creek and I can't really tell the difference. They really have Greenriver in the best shape I have seen it in for the last year. Get out there and play. Best value around

Played this morning, was first group out. Course in great condition as always. Just a little jab, they have started thatching the fairways and have mini punched some of the greens. Greenskeeper shows 9/26 for punching and overseeding but I think they started early. Keep up the good work, course is one of the best around.

Course is in good shape except the bunkers are hard packed dirt. I did try something out when I was in 2 of the greenside bunkers and that is to just putt the ball. Was able to save par both times as they have no rough edges on the bunkers and the ball just rolls out. This also worked out well at Indian Hills

Went out today and course in great shape. Had coupon for $40 rate. Course a little dry but you get good run out in the fairway. The two bunkers I was in had nice fluffy sand and I had to remember how to hit out of them as so many courses have dirt or no sand in their bunkers. For the price you can't wrong. I will definitely be back.

Really enjoy this course. Bring enough golf balls because an errant shot is gone. Pace of play is enjoyable and the food menu is terrific. Get out and enjoy this jewel. Greens are fast but roll true.

The course is in nice condition except for 2 items. One, why have sand bunkers when there is never any sand in them only hard dirt. Ridiculous, and second, why the 6 inch rough? You spend more time looking for the ball than you do playing the game. Other than that, nice course.

Went out Monday 6/28 and couldn't be happier. Course is right up there with Dos Lagos or Anaheim Hills and real close to Goose Creek. Give it a try

get out here and play. Course is nice and green and lush. Only negative is hard pan bunkers and bring a tall tee as the tee boxes are lush and long. You won't be disappointed.

Course is under new management headed by Jay Miller's group from Hidden Valley. They are starting to get the course back to where it used to be a good course. Good luck Jay.

slow greens, fairways were as long as most roughs. (mower must have broken). Place is falling apart. Used to be a good course, no more.

I don't know how they did it but they have the course back down to a 3 or less. I was just there 3 weeks agp and it was nice and green. I go back yesterday 3/12 and the place is a disaster. How does a course go from green to brown and hard pan (fairways) with the rain we had. I hate to see what the conditions would be like this summer. I know I won't be finding out. To many other courses 3 times as good or better in the area.
