Played a huge 36 holes here on Thursday 09/29. The course is in fair shape. With that said, I found that a few fairways were pretty thin in areas and a little too damp in others, so even though you are in "position A" after a good drive, it's not always that way. The greens were great - nice and true. The morning round was played at perfect pace, however, watch out for Thursday afternoons - it was unbelievably slow which spoiled the second round completely.

Played Creek/Ridge on 05/03/05 - this course is looking great! Greens are rolling true and fairways are really well maintained. Also, the bunkers are well sanded so there should be no excuses from that side of things :-) Overall, a very good day!

Played on 4/17 - this was my first time there and the greens were actually in good shape, besides a few pitch marks, but what can you expect with that amount of traffic! Pace for a Sunday was very well managed which was a plesant suprize! The proshop could be a touch more organised though and with all the new changes to the back nine, I hope they update their scorecards quickly...Overall, great day for the price you pay!

Great course, but could be even better if the just stopped using home depot sand for their traps! I normally enjoy bunker play, but here, DON'T land in them at all, you'll not get the best reaction out of them!

Played this course on 10/07/03 - Greens - fantastic! They would be the best if players would just take a second to repair their pitch marks!! But otherwise really fast and generally smooth. Fairways - very good. Tee boxes - some of them are rock hard, others patchy, but not bad on the whole. Just can't wait for the club house to be in use! A great course for sure!

Talega is an awesome golf paradise! The front 9 is superb, with many challenging bunkers, but if you can stay away from them, you'll post a decent score! The back 9 has it's hazards too. The water hazards are tricky at times, especially around the greens because the ball does not stick - Very firm, true greens! From tee to green, this is one of my top three golf courses - well worth it for sure! I'll be playing many more games there in the near future! Thanks, what a good experience!
