played 8/31/07 This is a nice little course close to the beach so it was maybe 15 to 20 degrees cooler than inland empire. The course was inexpensive yet still in good shape. Fairways are thin but green. The rough was a bit long making it had to spot your ball at times. The greens were hard to hold but rolled true. Now the bad. We teed off at 3:30 and thought we could finish well before dark 4 hour round, but not a chance. I have never seen more people crammed onto one course in my life. This is no lie it took us 4 hours to finish 11 holes. I love golf but this just ruined the round for us. Perhaps if the marshall would get out there and move people along and they stop letting groups on 5 or 6 go out. By the way you read it right groups of six. Now if you like a 7 hour round of golf this is the place.

Course is in very good shape. Its a fun course but has some problems. We had a threesome and they tried to put a twosome with us. I feel no course should only allow fivesomes if it has very light play, not on Fridays or weekends. The other problem is most fairways run next to each other which means it never fails someone will pull their cart right out in front of you just before you hit, or you can hear someone on another hole screaming about bad or good shots. I like the course but only when play is light.

Played 5/25/06 twilight and even being a holiday weekend and having to wait every hole we still finished in under 4 hours. The course is in great shape except the greens are slow, but they do roll smooth. This is a nice course and a good value.

Was worth the drive. Fun course in very good condition except greens are still recovering from aeration. Several holes have nice views of the ocean. Would play here again even with the long drive.

Played twilight on Friday, The course was wide open.
Los serranos south is a long course (7100) from the blues.
It has 6 par 5's The shortest 505 yrds the longest 590.
The course layout is very interesting with many elevated greens and tees. This course requires legnth off the tee to score well, but is fairly forgiviving on misdirected shots with the exception of some tree lined fairways. The course is in very good shape and a very good value for the price. Will not hesitate to play here again or recommend others to play here.

Course in good shape
Played in just under 4 hours on a friday afternoon (not bad)
This is a very chalanging course with some tight fairways lined with trees or o/b. If thats not enough they have many bunkers to catch off target shots.
It has many dogleg holes and elevated tees and greens. The greens put true and are medium speed.
Over all a nice golfing experience. Will play here again.

1st time playing here. Played 7/29/04. What a nice course. The setting is wonderful out in the middle of nowhere. Just a few ranch homes of in the distance. Course is in great shape fairways lush and green rough is very plush but thick punishing off track shots. The greens are in good shape but had lots of divit scares probably do to the greens not matured yet.
Tee of at 9:45 and finished in under 4 hours. CrossCreek definatley has the whole golf package. For the money its hard to find round.

Played 7/23/04. Course was in average condition with many dried and thin fairways and roughs. The extreme heat wave the past couple weeks. Greens are in good shape. Still looks like they are doing more inprovements to the course and cant wait to see finished product.

played twilight 7/16/04. Although they have made many inprovements on the course it still need a lot more work. Fairways had many brown areas and were thin in others. Roughs were not pretty bare thin and dead in areas. Greens were above average and rolled true. The layout of the course is interesting with elevated tees and greens, doglegs and some tough holes were par is a good score. My understanding is this is a new owner and is really trying to improve it from the dog track previous owners let it get to. The improvents are very nice and if he continues this can be a very nice course for the money.

Course was in good shape and a good value for twilight.
This is a short but narrow course. Only used irons and had no problem being on in regulation on all holes.

Played 7/5/04 Was very busy do to the holiday.
Course was in fair condition. The green were slow but rolled true. Fairways and rough very thin with many brown spots. Tee boxes were fair. Not a very hard course. Do to condition of course you may be better off driving just a couple minutes further and playing Los Serranos.

Played twilight today 6/25/04. Just walked on about 15 minutes till 2 and they put me in the first group off at 2 (twilight). The tee boxes were a bit thin with most being unleveled. Fairways were in good shape overall but had some thin and dead spots. The greens look very nice but are slow and bumpy. There is no drinking water or cart girls on the course so come prepaired. For $18 to ride at twilight its nothing to be disappointed about, but would rather find a nicer course if you where to play before twilight.
