I play this course a lot and it is one of the best around; however, at this time of year it's too hot for the grass and greens and is over played and the course just can't recover. As soon as they reseed and let the greens breath for a week or two this course will return to its place as one of the best around but until then it's simply beat up!

Why anyone would play this course is beyond me. Every time I call to see how busy the course is, i'm lied to and told to come on down. ONce I get there, they tell me "oh we're pretty busy it might be a while." This is happened numerous times and I WILL NEVER play there again. The course isn't very well maintained anyways. If it wasn't for the views the place would be a joke. Six hour rounds are normal. If you want to enjoy your day of golf I recommend going somewhere else.

The greens have fully recovered from being aerated minus a few with some ball marks. Overall the course is in good shape and the rough was pretty nasty. Pace of play was a little slow but not unusual for El Dorado. Well worth it.

The course is in good shape. I played in under 4 hours; I teed of at 7 am. The greens are in good shape. The fairways are being overseeded but it doesn't effect play. The customer service I've noticed is very below average but I guess that comes with the price. Still worth the greens fee though.

I played Primm on Wednesday. The greens and fairways are in perfect condition. They've already finished their overseeding and the courses are spectacular.

I prefer the desert course but both are excellent. They should be in perfect condition in another couple of weeks. Great scenery, excellent greens and challenges of all different variety of shots. Just two very well thought out courses.

It's a good course that's in bad shape right now. The greens were just cross cut and need some time to heal. Still a very challenging course.

The course is simply in excellent condition and a pleasure to play. I'll play there whenever I have the chance!

Truly a great course. Nothing more to say but greens are a little slower in the summer.

With the exception of a couple of mickey mouse type holes a great deal and a great course. Well maintained, very challenging and excellent greens. One of my new favorite places to play.

I was impressed with the course. It's a nice layout with solid holes. The wind picked up quite a bit which makes this course extremely difficult. The greens are a highlight; they're very fast and true. The fairways are the only weakness with some burn spots and wet patches but nothing that unfairly altered my shot selection. Overall I think the course is excellent and will play there again soon!

A great course that survived the storms in good shape.
