Played 11/2-Very upset. Course recently punched and the greens sanded. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were fair to bad. Wouldn't complain except they never told us before we teed up. Not a good policy. We love this course normally but not informing us about the poor conditions is bad P.R.

Course plays very well. Lots of twists and turns but enjoyable.

Played Saturday morning. Pace very slow because the 3-some in front of us was two holes behind at the end, playing from the blues and hitting their drives 150 yards and then taking their sweet time hitting the ball. NO MARSHAL IN SITE ALL MORNING.
Otherwise the course played very well. In very good shape all around considering the abuse it gets from people with no clue.

although we complained to the marshal that a 3-some in front of us was playing slow, his comment was "Hey, it's a Sunday and it's Mother's Day". So what!@! Remember Number 1 rule..."Stay up to the 4-some in front of you". In spite of that, the course played as well as this on ever has. Although flat as a pancake and wide open, we had a good time out there and that's what counts, in spite of the marshal.

Played Wednesday, 5/5- course in outstanding shape and beautiful. Although not many people want to play this course, we had a terrific round. In better shape than most courses around. All 4 of us enjoyed it very much.

Played yesterday morning. Breathtaking views of the valley and mountains surrounding the course. Provides challenges of all kinds. The front plays flat while the back is in the hills. Will play again many times but will call ahead to find out if aeration is being done. The greens were sandy and some fairways were still being punctured making play a bit difficult. When done, the course will again be a great place to play.

played March 30. Course a pleasant surprise. While not your top-quality course, its play is challenging, its condition is great, the people were very nice. Will definitely return.

Course is immaculate. Best conditioned course in the L.A. area, by far. A little tricky for 1st timers but we forgave all the nuances of the course and just enjoyed the beauty.

Sterling Hills played beautifully. The greens here are impossible but otherwise, great play. A little soggy from the rain last week but everything was terrific...
the staff, the marshalls (espcially them), the course, the weather. Will definitely return, many times.

I don't know what course some of the critics are playing when they critique Tijeras but our foresome was totally impressed with the play today. The only downside was the cart path only policy and the wet spots on the tee boxes and fairways BUT I KNOW IT WAS ALL DUE TO THE RAINS EARLIER THIS WEEK. Otherwise, the service was grand, the conditions were great and the course is beautiful. Will play again often. Too bad it's so far from my house.

Course was fun except for one major obstacle. Those d%mn ed white flies were just unbearable. And this year, they're biting!@#!!@#!

Course plays very well for the type of use it gets. Wide open but reasonably long. Fun.
