First time playing this course. Great layout. Fantastic location. Top notch service from the proshop to the cart barn. I wish I lived closer to Temecula. These guys know how to run a golf course.

Overall good condition for a muni course but what surprised me was the pace of play here. We're looking at 4:15 hr round or less with a midday teetime. It used to be 5 hr.

Why does this course play soooo slow. We teed off 20 min late despite having a 9 am tee time. Waited on every tee box. be prepared to spend 5+ hours here. Greens in good shape.

Played 5/14 Friday. $45 rate at 2pm tee time. Course is in great shape. The greens looked slow but putted true. I played Bali Hai the next day for $250 and I have to say Primm beats that course in condition.

The value of the course is its location. Having said that the noise from planes,trains, and the hwy 15 will take it's toll on a player. the fairways were recently punched (no one from the course mentioned this at reservation or at the course) . Couldn't chip straight because of all the 1/2 inch holes around the greens. The greens were extremely slow.

played friday at noon. got out in 15 min. on waiting list. i couldn't believe we didn't have to wait on every tee box. we played under 5 hours,it could've been faster if golfers didn't "picnic" at the half way point. greens rolled well and the fairways were lush. tee boxes were lumpy. get out there before the summer heat

what a classic course. played wednesday called in for a noon tee time and the starter gave us the twilight rate tee time of $40 with cart and range balls. i think other course starters would have given me a reg. rate tee time. the course is in great shape except for some soft spots near the greens. we had the course all to ourselves did'nt see any golfers in front or back of us for a couple of hours. played 18 holes in 3 hours. the weather is still bearable. get out there before the heat reaches the triple digits

played monday. beautiful course but short. keep the driver in the bag to score low or expect to lose a few balls.

played sunday 6-12 in the afternoon. gps is out-of-wack ever since the new 18th hole came back in play. the course is in excellent shape but watch out when the wind kicks in. too bad the rates went back up. not a course to write home about but given it's location and condition you really can't complain.

played saturday at 2pm and barely finished before dark. fairways are good and greens rolled decent. tee boxes are spotty at best. couldn't believe we had a under 5 hour round here.

played friday at 11:00 am as a twosome exactly 3 hours. course will be in top shape in about 2 weeks. fairways and greens too soft right now (maybe that's a good thing ?!?).
