I played this course about 2 years ago, and I replayed again because I had a feeling that this course was great back 2 years ago. However, it was not. Probably, my expection was high, but still the course condition was not in a good condition (maybe it is Winter??). I don't understand that why the green fee is high.. ???

This course is a great bang for the buck. It has challenging part 3's and some fun par 5's and 4's. The greens are soft, but just like 90% of the courses out there, you get what you pay for. The staf is great and there is GPS in the golf carts. The food is also very good. If you live in OC and don't feel like paying $150 or driving to the I.E....play this course!!!

If you're not comfortable in hitting uneven lies, you're not going to score well here. This is a tough track if you're out of position and the greens don't help.

The fairways and track is very interesting. The GPS is also plus since there are some very tricky dog leg holes. However, the greens are atrocious. For me, I can have crappy fairways and crappy tee boxes..but greens have to be decent. So many unfixed ball marks...expecting a true line is a joke..just hit and pray.

They are starting people on 10 now. No need for driver. Just poke a 3 wood or hybrid out to the right to get a good look into the green. Greens are soft as heck...use a 52 or 56 around greens as opposed to the 60. And fix your dang marks!

Overall, conditions were good. The main gripe is that the grass, a lot of times, just isn't "golf course" grass...it's lawn grass. the root system is above ground, and it's a nightmare to play out of. stay in the fairway, and it's not bad at all...

Played 4/18 in four hours. Starter reversed course, beginning with tenth hole. Overall, course and greens in very good shape and wind was not blowing so it was a great day for scoring conditions. I especially enjoy the carts with yardage to front and back of greens.

Played anaheim Hills today on a very busy Thursday morning. Played in about 4:45. Course is in very good shape. The rough had some bare spots. Bunkers were very fluffy. You may get a fried egg once in a while. But I thought the two bunkers I was in were fair.

Practice green was pretty quick. Greens on the course were about 2 stimps slower. They rolled well and were pretty smooth. Not many ball marks. Course is pretty quircky you need to play here more than once to appreciate it.

the greens were nice, and the bunkers were in good shape. it seems like the closer you get to summer, the worse the conditions get. they seem to be fine in the fal, early winter, and then they just plummit. for what it cost to play, i think a better course can be had. the fairways were just in sad shape...very thin and unkept. i was actually trying to work my ball into the rough!
