I played out here about 2 weeks ago and I must say that this course was a very pleasant surprise! I've played quite a bit of golf out in the Palm Springs are and this course a bit different than most. There were some tight driving holes out here and some really good risk/reward holes as well. I wasn't so sure how it would be driving up to the course but once I got out to the driving range and the first hole I could tell I would have my work cut out for me. The greens were really good! They rolled fairly fast and true with "wiggles". Give this course a shot if you've never been there.

Eagle Falls is and will always be one of my favorites. Great conditions and a wonderful layout with a variety of holes make me want to drive out to Indio again and play even though I was just there. Don't play the Eagle tees unless you are a 5 or less. There are several holes that can be dangerous if someone who can't control their ball well tees off from there while their playing partners wait for them playing more forward tees.

I have played a fair amount of golf in the desert over the years and know to avoid any place near the 10 Fwy and especially north of it. However Saturday, 6/4 was a beautiful windless day even in the valley. This was my first time playing Eagle Falls and it was extremely enjoyable and a great value. The course is in great shape and the staff on site are friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was in the layout. You'd think with all that wide open space where the course sits that they could put some space between the holes. Also the two very short par fours on the back nine didn't seem necessary. I like having a challenging short par four but there's no need for two of them. Overall I'd certainly go back if the weather conditions are right.

Played on Saturday the 14th to warm up for Silverrock. As always the course was in top shape. We played afternoon and finished in 3 and a half hours. The staff is courteous and pleasant and make you feel special. The whole experience from the clubhouse to the course to the other golfers who play here is excellent. It seems to have the effect of making the golfers more courteous as well. Will continue to play here whenever I'm in town and wish it wasn't so far from home. Do yourself a favor and play this track. You won't regret it!

This course was in exceptional condition over the weekend. The greens were fast and true (but very firm), the fairways green and firm, the tee boxes level and lush, sand traps firm but well kept. The temporary clubhouse and parking lot give you low expectation before teeing up but when you get on the course, wow! We finished in under 5 hours. Service was excellent. Great price at $95 on the weekend.

Played on 11/20 as one of the first twosomes out. Played in less than four hours and never had to wait. Overall, course conditioning was outstanding. Although the greens looked smooth and slick, they were actually quite slow. All in all, Eagle Falls is still a value play given the course quality and price vs. what you get elsewhere in the desert this time of year.

golfrd this course last feb and it was perfect 65.00 dollars golfed yesterday and it was horrible, fairways so thin it will skid your iron shot almost like hitting off cement. traps good greens fair however it is not worth the 39.00 dollar fee and the 110 temp. maybe this place is only good in the winter.......... great layout though.......

the good--usually not a very busy course which allows for faster rounds. good conditioning. the bunkers play fantastic. aestetically appealing layout.

the bad--i'm not a huge fan of the layout. you end up with a lot of semi-blind approach shots. it's got some fantastic holes and others that are akward and not much fun to play. empty lot pads surrounding holes 11-->17.

I'm a tough critic, but this course leaves something to be desired. it's hard to put a finger on it, but it just wasn't an enjoyable round for me.
