Played 9-24 had a 7am tee time and got out right on time.Clubhouse is really nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is like playing two different courses. The front nine is target golf with a lot of elevation changes and the back nine is links like.
Tee boxes were nice mostly level and not beat up. Some of the fairways were really wet and soggy. When we got to #3 it was foggy! Thank god for the gps that showed where the group ahead was because we could not see 30 yards. Just had to hit it and hope to find it.
The bunkers were a little wet but with ample sand.
The greens had some pitch marks and I had a hard time finding the speed. Left 6 right on the edge of the hole.
Pace of play was perfect. Only waited once on a par 3. Finished in 4 hrs 15 minutes.
Overall a nice track and I will be back

Played yesterday (9/5/11) internet $49.00. Course was in very good shape. Pace of play was 4.25 hrs, whitch was ok. One thing unfixed ball marks, we fixed at least four NEW ball marks (not including ours) on almost every green. Please, it takes so little time to fix your own, or are just too good to bend over and fix it? Didn't play well (87), but not because of the course. We played the combo on the card (black/gold) and a very good time was had by all.

Played 8/29; greens were as good as I have ever seen here, they have done a real nice job of turning this place around since the last time I played here, still some spotty areas in the fairways and rough, but, overall a real pleasure to come back and play here, keep up the good work fees okay too...

Fairways are a mix of lush green and burnt spots. Lies are either fair or very good throughout. Rough is a bit patchy but nothing too penal mainly. Tee boxes were shaggy and a bit beaten up in places.... Continue »

Fairways are a mix of lush green and burnt spots. Lies are either fair or very good throughout. Rough is a bit patchy but nothing too penal mainly. Tee boxes were shaggy and a bit beaten up in places.

Greens were overall smooth with good speed - firm too, although they held well struck shots. However, most of them were very pock-marked with either poorly repaired, or completely un-repaired, ball marks. First four holes looked like the end of caddy shack in the low angle dawn sun.

Sand generally harder and crusty with pebbles - not bad around the greens but basically clay in the fairways. Pace of play good at 4.5 hours

I enjoyed this layout way more tierra rejada and for the price it is unbeatable. I will DEFINITELY be back at eagle glen soon. Combos tees were very fun. 18th hole is a great finishing hole

Played Eagle Glen on Sunday at 10. 20+ mins late teeing off. Group in front of us was a 3some with 3 single golfers and their 5 year old sons riding along with them. Very distracting. Also watched the kids drag ball retrievers across the greens. Lots of yelling and slow play.

Played in about 4:45. Course is in pretty good shape. Greens rolled well. No problems with service or course conditions.

Bunkers are a little rocky but have a lot of sand in them. This course has the hottest cart girls in the United States!!! Stars on the front and no stars on the back.....

Played on Friday 7/9 at 9.55 am. Teed of 20 mins late. The jerk offs in front of us were playing from black tees and thought they could drive the short but tough #2. I thought i was getting punked on new reality show from golf channel. This got worse as the round progressed. Greens were cosmetically nice but pretty slow. However, the course is pretty lush despite recent heat wave. I do not like to play fridays because the whole day is maintence day and the mowers love to follow our group. Again i thought we were getting punked. The course was not as windy as past rounds, but overwatered fairways really slow yur roll. The beautiful MLIF (front 9) and jail bait (back 9) tandem cart girls came often around 4 times per nine.
