Played this course for the 1st time on 9/4/12. It was a decent short course. Took 4 hrs to play. Tee boxes, fairways and rough were decent, bunkers were so-so. Greens were terribly slow. You literally had to hit your putts like a chip to get it close to the pin. The starter was kind of a jerk. May have just been me.

Played on 8/27/12 with a friend. Didn't know they were going to have a HS Girl's team tourney. Played twilight @ 3:30 and barely finished. Tee boxes were in good shape, as was the fairways. Don't know about the bunkers. The greens were terrible. Really bumpy and slow, and I think we were the only ones to fix any ball marks on the greens. C'mon people, just fix what you mess up.

Played on 7-2-12. I played this course in May of 2012 and said that I was not coming back. Well, some of my golf buddies decided to play here so I came. The course was a LOT better than it was last year. With the exception of the tee box on #3, the tee boxes were pretty good. Fairways and greens were about average. Don't really know about the sand traps as I didn't hit any. They've done a lot of work there compared to last year and it has paid off. I will definitely be back again.

Played on 6/11/12 with Metswin21 and 2 others. Course was in good shape. The tee-boxes were decent. Fairways were in good shape, as was the rough. The greens were surprisingly faster than they looked, which was great for me, as I like faster greens. Unfortunately, I can tell you that the bunkers were full of fluffy sand, which was something that I was not used to. Overall, a decent time out there if we could've been a little faster. A much better time than the last time I played there.

4-16-12 played today with a 5some of us. Boy, was it slow out there today. Pace of play was over 5 hrs. Now, about the course. Really can't find anything wrong the course today. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were pretty good. The greens were really fast, which I liked. The bunkers had nice fluffy sand in them.

played 4/9/12 with metswin21 and another buddy. Tee'd off at 10;07am, finished at 3:45pm! This was a looonnnggg day on the course. The group in front of us seemed to be having a playing lesson and playing 2 balls at the same time. WTF. No marshal to be found anywhere. The fairways were the best part of the course today. The greens were slow, bumpy, and really soft. The tee boxes were mowed and the dead grass was left on every tee box. I understand that it may have been punched, but come on man!!! The bunkers had no sand in them. I literally chipped out of them. A nice course if the marshal would do his job and stop the playing lessons. Next time, I'm yelling fore and bombs away. LOL.

Played here on 3-31-12, and had a ball. Played with a good friend, who unfortunately had a shoulder injury but soldiered on. Really can't find anything wrong with the course today, except maybe that I couldn't buy a putt. LOL. The greens were aerated earlier this month and were still fast. The customer service, starter, and hospitality were excellent. My new 2nd favorite course.

Played on 3-25-12 in a L.A. County Golf Tournament. Course was pretty good. Played at a good pace. The tee boxes were decent, some were not level, but overall o.k. Fairways were thin and played really fast. Everything usually funneled unto the middle of the fairway. The greens were really receptive and fast. Unfortunately, I can tell you that the bunker sand was really thin( especially in the 5 bunkers that I was in.). Overall a nice course.

This is an absolutely horrible course. It would've been worse if I had paid for it. The fairways were terrible, you couldn't find an even lie anywhere, the fairways were too narrow and hard as concrete and the out of bounds area were maybe 5 ft from the fairway. The greens were fast going uphill and slow going downhill. Unless you hit a hard putt your ball would roll to the cup and then break right in front of it. Never will be back here again.

Played 2-18-12. Pace of play was somewhat slow today. We tee'd off as a 2 some and before we could walk off the tee box the starter added 2 women (who have only played 3 times before) with us. The course was in better shape than it was the last time I played there. They cut down a lot of the trees, especially around holes 2 and 4. Hole 4 was moved up almost 80-90 yds from where it was before. Still a tight course to navigate.

Tournament #1 for the L.A. County Golf Club 2012 season. This course was in pretty bad condition, the greens were abysmal!!! Many of them had severe divot damage and chunks in them. Windy on the course today. Sand traps are really shallow with hardly any sand in them. Tee boxes were not level at all, hard to find a even spot to stand on. May be my last time playing here.

Played here on 1/17/12 w/ Metsfan21. Pace of play was really slow, almost 6 hr round. Fairways were thin, as is expected, but the grass was green. Rough was cut really low which was good. The tee boxes were decent. The greens were really soft and hard to judge at times. The sand in the bunkers were non-existent. I still had fun at this course. I believe with a little more work this course could be a gem. Next time I may get a cart instead of walking it.
