I've always liked the layout of this course. But the greens have always been slightly bumpy.... always, not sure why. Most of the fairways and rough were grassy, but there were a couple areas per fairway where there were dormant brown grass or clumps of weed grass, but still very playable.

Pace of play was a problem though. Many slow players, but since this was on a Sat afternoon (03/07), I accepted that fact. Overall this course is fun, pretty easy but still fun layout.
Might be a decent value for any visitor that feels the need to golf on a weekend while visiting in Vegas.

Played here on 3/6 at around 1:45 p.m. Emaculately conditioned course, would rival any of the best courses in this Las Vegas area. The staff is pretty friendy and treated me as if I were ne of the reglars.

This course is always emaculate, from tee to green, every time I've played here. The pace of play was somewhat slow, but consideing that it was Friday afternoon I guess it's understandable. Only got in 16 holes by 5:30, but still more than worth the greenfees at this spectacular course.
One of the best things about this course is that they 'do not' try to price-gouge visitors like all the other Vegas courses do!! This is a MUST PLAY course for anyone visiting Vegas. About 40 minutes drive, but you will not be disappointed!!

Played here on Thurs 3/5 around 10 a.m. We were able to squeeze right in. The proshop and the starter were extremely friendly, made me feel most welcome.

The entire course was in very good shape overall.... the greens were lightning fast!! I'd go as far as say that the greenspeeds were the toughest part of this course. Rolled very true and though I must've hit 12 or 13 greens in regulation, I three-putted three times!, and one from about 10 ft!!!
Despite the greens being that extreme-fast, this course is one of the gems in this area. Great service, great layout with varying types of holes each with their own distinctive character, and a decent challenge even for the low-handicappers. Highly recommend this course to all, 'especially' considering the moderate greenfees which is probably the best value in this entire region.

This was a fun track. Wasn't the best conditioned course in Vegas, but decent. Some bare spots in the fairways, some slightly bumpy greens, and soggy tee boxes.... but loved the layout.
Customer service was superb. Would have given them a five star rating but the cart girl seemed insincere, kinda wished I didn't tip her. But the Pro shop & the tee-box starter were very pleasant and genuine, made me feel appreciated.
Pace of play is most likely the main reason I may not play this course again... but in all fairness to Wildhorse, I played on a Sat. so perhaps may be better during the weekdays.

World Class all-Around. Course is in immaculate condition, tee to green... service was also world class, everyone made me feel welcome and treated me with the utmost of respect.
I would have to say that this was perhaps the best golf course I've ever played here in Vegas..... and I've played a lot of courses in Nevada, Anthem, Primm, Rio Secco, Royal Links, Wolf Creek, as well as virtually all of the 2nd tier courses like Stallion Mountain, Rhodes Ranch, Boulder Creek.

Played Mountain Falls on Sat. 6/4 and as always the course was in immaculate condition, the service was outstanding, and the price was worth it's weight in GOLD!
This is a 'must play' for anyone visiting Vegas, one of the most premium courses around AND for an unbeatable price. They do not 'gouge' you for being a visitor, they charge you the same price as residents>

Played the course on 10/19. This course is outstanding!!! This was my 4th time or so to play this course and it is always in top shape. It had just rained cats and dogs the day before but the course was still in perfect condition. Fairways were fantastic and the greens were perfect (fast and true). This course never disappoints, never! This is a must play for all. And with three 9-hole layouts you can mix them up each time you come. ALWAYS! in top shape.

This is a very well kept municipal course. The rates are very manageable for all, including out of town visitors. Played here on 10/16, probably my 5th or 6th time on this course. Only thing I was dissappointed in was the greens had been aerated recently and I was not informed neither by the proshop guy nor was it listed on the greenskeeper web site as an alert. This is perhaps the 3rd time I remember having less than desireable green conditions on this course. All the same the course is a great muni. When the greens are good it is a great course to play.

Golfed this course with my buddy on 10/17. What a beautiful course! Everything was in superb condition. It was cloudy and drizzily from time to time but the course stayed in great playing condition. The course is somewhat tight but fair with several water holes. Highly!! recommend this course to all.

Stopped for a quick round (10/15) during my drive from L.A. to Vegas. It was convenient since it was just off the I-15. I decided on the spur of the moment to stop and golf at all instead of just driving straight to Vegas. Am I glad I did, I was pleasantly surprised by the fun layout and decent conditions. It was playing brutally tough with 30+ mph winds and thickkkk rough but all tha same I loved the challenge and had a blast even though my score was not up to my best. I recommend to everyone to try this course next time they take the drive to Vegas and have a little time.

The course was fantastic. Tough but fair. The conditioning was superb and the staff was extremely friendly. This is a course I would return to on my upcoming golf vacations.

I always fly in to LAX and then drive to Vegas. I have played in Palm Springs as well as other SoCal courses before driving up to Vegas. I have played many, many different courses in the Vegas area and have to say that the Primm courses have always been up in the top tier in conditioning (immaculate), friendly service, and overall golf experience. Everyone driving through or flying to Vegas must golf at either or both of these courses. These courses are courses you must experience or you will regret it.
