Played on 5/27, and the course was as fun as I remembered it from 2 year ago. A great bargain with great views.

Played on 5/26/07, was staying in Cayucos over Memorial Day Weekend. Fairways and Greens were in excellent conditions. A challenging but fun layout. Will be back next year to play again. Well worth the Fees.

Played 6/30/05. The course was back to a Par 72 layout. Fairways and greens were in great condition. Can't complain about anything.

Played 5/27 - 5/29. Played a total of 4 rounds and enjoyed every single round. This is the other poor man's pebble beach. The original is Monterey Public Links in Pacific Grove. The front nine is played mostly on the hill and the back nine is mostly flat. Greens were tricky on the first round but once you remember that everything breaks to the bay and estuary, you'll score low. If you ever get a chance to go to the central coast, make sure you stop by and play at Morro Bay.

Second time playing this course. Played 9/11/04. The greens were aerified on Monday and Tuesday, so they were very bumpy. Other than that, the course was in great condition. Wait about another two weeks before you play. The greens should be better by then.

Played for the first time after reading many of the reviews. I was not dissapointed. This is a great course. The fairways and greens were in great condition. The staff was very courteous and helpful. A steal for $75.

Played 6/17, as the previous reviews have stated, the couse is in great condition. Without a doubt the best greens I have seen in a long time. Keeping your ball in play is a must, all holes have environmental areas which are played as lateral hazards. If you try to go in there to look for a ball, a Ranger will be there to warn you not to go in there again. Once the club house is built, you can be sure the fees will increase. Play before it does.

Played 04/24/04, the greens were aerated a week before. The course is in great condition. The tee boxes were in spectacular shape. The fairways and rough were also in great condition. Worth the drive and fee. The course will be really great, once the greens have recovered.

Played 04/17/04, it was raining. Seems like they are adding more fairway bunkers a several holes. Lots of "ground under repair". The ocean views are well worth the green fees.

Started at 9:45 AM, didn' t finish until 4:00 PM. The pace was horrendous, 6 hours to play 18? Never again will I play this course on a weekend. Did not see a single marshal on the course to speed up play. Stay away on weekends.

After reading the reviews about this course, I was pretty excited to play it. I wasn't dissapointed. This is a pretty well maintained course. Almost all the greens were in immaculate condition and the fairways were pretty lush. Needless to say I will be back. There is one thing to consider about this course. The course is right next to a dairy farm. The smell wasn't bad when I played, but in the summer, that might be a different story.

This course is dire need of some TLC. The fariwarys, rough, greens, and tee boxes were in really bad shape. By the look of things, the greens and fairways were recently punched. This course can be really nice if they can keep up the maintenance.
