Had not played this course in several years. Played on 9/12, 7:45. Was looking forward to playing, very dissapointed. Fairways where soggy and the grass was thin. Lots of mud around the course. Found 2 bunkers, one was perfect the other had 12 to 18 inches of sand. For the price it was pretty sad. Would tell all to wait a month or so before going out.

Great conditions, beautiful course. I just prefer to walk and you would have to be a mountain goay to walk this course.

Played 1/7. greens were in good shape, fairways are thin, tee boxes not to bad. Pace of play for a 7:30 tee of was 4 1/2 hrs, which was good for the wind that blew on the last 6 holes. Greens have really improved since my last time here back in October.

The summer heat is drying the course up. They have several greens with patches of brown grass and dirt. Fairways are dry also. They are setting the pins on the best part of the green.

Played 12-26, why can't all golf courses be in this great shape. They charged regular rates on a holiday, $35 to walk what a steal. Level Tee boxes, lush fairways and smooth rolling greens. Pace of play was a bit slow for a 8:30 tee time, we finished in 4 hrs 45 minuntes.

Played on 10/9, played back nine before the TO City Championship. The course has come a long way in the last month. Was told they hired new head greens keeper and it shows. The greens are looking great and the tee boxes and fairways are improving. If you have not played this course in a couple of months give it another try.

Played 10/1 and 10/2,what a great course and well maintained. From tee to green no complaints. If you like a quality golf course and have time for a weekend drive go for it. Great service and a fair price for this fine golf course.

ON 10/10 and 10/11 they sliced the greens. Seems they purchased this machine a couple of years ago and feel the need to bring it every year need it or not. I feel its a case of over maintaining the greens. They punched the greens in April and they were in really good shape and now they appear to have deep lines through out every green. The ball seems to catch a groove and follows the path. I play this course quite a bit since I'm in the mens club, we tend to play on airated or sliced greens 3 to 4 months out of the year. A nice course with an over active greens keeper.

Played in a tournament on Sunday, 4hrs 10 min., not bad! Greens look real good, fairways have filled in with the good rains.

Only 15 holes and greens were verticut and sanded on Monday. The fairways are the best around ventura county. Great practice for only $20 for the 15 holes.

Course is in great shape. My second trip out, it was a little windy. If you like hitting off 100 ft drop off on every 3rd hole you will love this course. I prefer a course you can walk and this is not one.

The greens have wo types of grass. A bent grass and now spots of poe anna. The greens are not smooth and the speed is hit and mis. This was to be expected when they rebuilt the greens a few years back. Tee boxes and fairways are in good shape, this course gets a lot of play.
