I went in expecting to spend most of the day waiting, however the pace for the front nine was remarkable. Our foursome made the turn in 2 hours! Then we came to the tenth, I think they must of let someone come in to play the back nine, because the back nine took almost three hours. The course was in great condition, the greens ran really slow compared to the practice green. Thanks goodness for the red dot book, I couldn't think to pay the $86 green fee for weekends. I'll tee it up for $43 with a cart on the weekend anytime.

Last time we tried to play here we booked as a 3 some and called two days before to to add a forth and were told we couldnt because there was a twosome already booked with us. I asked them why they all 5 somes at 830 in prime time. They sad this is the way we do it. When we played there today there is a sign saying 5 somes will be thrown off the course for slow play. How does this make sense. When talking to the marshall their was a two some going out in frount of our foursome, so we asked how do they get out as a twosome and he said they play all the time,are members and dont like to play with others. Other than that the 5 groups waiting to tee off at the first it was a good day. with everthing it was an ok place of play.

GOOD: The course conditions are quite nice. For the green fees they charge here, the course is rather lush and has that superior upkeep look to it. I'd say similar courses w/in this price range are bit more rough around the edges. Customer service was good, too. Whenever I play here, I'm always amazed how they managed to shave off the hillside and squeezed in 18 holes of regulation course in such compact area.
BAD: The round took 5 hours and 45 minutes. Had to wait on every hole and just about every shot. It didn't help the matter that I got paired up with very annoying and unfriendly two-some. This father and son combo had no golf ethiquette, droved their cart all over the place (receiving multiple repremends from the marshall), and hit onto a group ahead several times. I was totally embarassed to play with them. Although management has only limited control of who and what types of people come and play there, it needs to do a better job of spacing tee times on a narrow fairway course like this. At least keep the play going at a reasonable pace via all possible means. They owe that to paying customers. Even as I acknowledge the good course conditons, it's just shame that it took almost six hours to play a round of golf.

If you can't hit the ball straight then this course is not for you. IF you are NOT a single handicapper, please stick to white tee because you will waste more time trying to locate your OB ball. The pace of play was ridiculously slow -- 5+ hrs. The starter sent out 3 groups of 2-somes and they were hitting from back tee with average drive of 190yrds. ARE YOU KIDDNG ME? After 4 holes it was unbearable. Simply outrageous. Marshalls did nothing and one of them had some nerves to ask us how the pace of play was. WTF!
The course was in very good shape. The greens were a bit slow but pretty true. I enjoyed the layout and all par-5s are reachable in 2 shots. I will return but not on weekends.

Tough course if you cannot hit it straight, especially the front 9. Course in great shape....they are trying very hard to bring this course back to the original standards set by the first owners. The greens looked good, but did not roll very true. Well manicured course considering the heat wave we have been having. I will return again and this time bring a few extra balls to keep up with my strays. As usual play can be slow on the weekends, however if golfers are realistic about their golf skills....most of them out there should be teeing off from the white and NOT Blue tees! This would definitely speed up play on all the courses.
