We played on Memorial day (at) 9:00 for 35 bucks. Jurupa is in surprisingly good shape. It's improved a lot since I last played here 6 months ago. Greens were in very good shape. They rolled true & held shots well.The breaks are hard to read - just remember they go towards the Santa Ana river generally. The fairways are nice & green and the bunker I was in had good sand. No beverage cart but new yamaha golf carts. This course is short so stay out of trouble & you can post a good score. Keep up the good work, Jurupa!

'The Rock" is a beautiful course and their customer service is top notch. The topography of this layout is like no other I know of. We had a little rain off & on Saturday but still had an enjoyable round. The gps in the golf carts is great with a "bottom line" sports update. The course is difficult. Keep it in the fairway. The greens are mottled or spotted with brighter green grass but rolled perfect. Don't read more break than there is. A surprising amount of putts were straight. The bunkers were near perfect, just the right amount of fluff to the sand. I'm anxious to return.

It was a little crowded the day after Thanksgiving(expected). this course is not manicured very well. No bev cart, no marshall, might not have been worth holiday rates. Greens were probably the best part as they were soft yet fast. They did have some bad patches but not near the hole.

I don't know why it took me so long to play hear as today was my first time. It won't be long before I'm back . It's a very well manicured course with interesting holes. It's in outstanding condition. Greener than any other course around. Looked like we were in Kentucky out there. Greens were pretty fast & rolled smooth. Several putts looked good then broke away from the hole in the final foot. I had one of my best rounds tee to green but had 3 three putts. We played from the whites so it wasn't too long. The 'Goose" shows that you dont need huge elevation changes to make for a great layout. We saw the bev cart girl twice and guys cleaned our clubs when done so customer service is good. The course lived up to all the nice reviews I've read.

Played @ 7 am Sunday morn. good driving range & practice putting green was immaculate. Greens on course were very good as usual for this track. Fairways were nice & lush as well. It was hot but we saw the bev cart girl twice so that helped. It was a very enjoyable round & i'll be back soon.

Jurupa is pretty good right now. Tee boxes were great. The rest is decent. The greens are in pretty good shape. They are large & I ended up with some LONG putts. The speed varies alot with the grain. Even though I knew the putts break towards the river I still misread some. It was an enjoyable day.

Played @ 9:40 this morning. I agree with spaul100' s review as he is spot on. Excellent course - nice change of pace. I wasn't under a tree all day. You have to watch out for the burns, however. Alot of hazards are not viewable. I had a map of the course which helped immensely. The teeboxes were outstanding, fairways were lush & the greens were smooth. Some greens had some unrepaired ball marks but were mostly smooth. Let's repair your marks golfers & keep this place great! Greens rolled true but a little slow. I left many short although they were long putts on these large greens. Customer service was very good. I will return!

Course is a beast. This is big boy golf. It is in good condition now from tee box to green. Staff was good. It's a challenging track & is fun to play. Lots of uphill ,downhill, water & sand. It kicked my butt.

They have no liquor license still. Greens were in pretty good shape . The fairways, not so much. Interesting layout but has some blind approaches I am not crazy about. It plays a little tougher than it's course rating would indicate now as the fairways are not lush. Did I mention they still don't have their liquor license?

Played the "Rock" for the first time 12-7 in the gk tourney. What an awesome course! The views are spectacular. The customer service was outstanding. I thought the greens were great, fairways were lush,tee boxes top notch. Even the sand would have been pretty good except for all the rain . I should be an expert on their bunkers after Friday's round. I sampled many of them! We had a great time @ the GK event. Can't wait to go back!

I got right on as a single with no reservation on Sunday about 12.:30.This course has real nice greens. they were fast despite not appearing to be cut real short. I was in 1 sand trap & it was great quality. Fairways have a few brown spots. If you miss the fairway by a lot you may find yourself on hardpack dirt. It's a good course & I'd say the current rating is pretty fair.

Played Saturday afternoon 10-27-07. Staff was friendly. Fairways are nice. I liked the course layout. Sand traps were very good. Greens were large & undulating. They are bumpy now from being punched but should be good in a few more weeks. All in all a fine track.
