Played our Golf Club's monthly tourney on Tues 10/17. Course conditions were spotty at best. Tee boxes - uneven, many divots. Fairways - some lush areas, many thin or dirt only areas, ball ran well, many uneven lies, unsanded divots. Rough - also some green with thin/bald areas. Bunkers - had decent sand, but was damp during our round. Greens - seemed mushy, lot of thin/dirt only spots, don't think they have recovered from fungus damage (or whatever happened to them), a lot of ball marks from the groups in front of us. There was a ground crew member going around repairing ball marks (SMH), our 4some repaired as many as we could. Pin placements were set up for the WEB.com players, lol. Behind bunkers I can deal with, cup on crest of a ridge! formula for disaster for me, 4 3 putts, 1 4 putt. Our best putter also had a couple of 3 putts. Don't know if there was another tourney group ahead of us but they were slow, at a couple of holes there would be 7 guys putting out, then split into two groups for next hole. Group ahead of us was a 3some, one guy was so slow that the other two would be on the green while he was still hitting approach shots (Yes Plural). Result was a 5.5 hr round. No Marshal at all. No cart girl. Only positive note was that we always have fun,

I used to play here a lot years ago, and went back this Saturday...was really disappointed in the degradation of the quality. There were 3 groups on the 1st box when my tee time came up. The greens were pretty beat up...as much the fault of the "regulars" not repairing pitch marks as the course for not making any effort either. Traps were muddy, and the long trap along side of 17 is just let go into a waste area. The flip-flop of the front 9 now the back 9 is a bummer. Hole 9 (which used to be 18), was a classic finishing hole. Hole 2 now as a par-3 made for slow start. Also got put out as fivesome, which I don't expect for $75. To round it out, I tried to order a chicken salad sandwich from the snack bar and the lady in there had no clue how to make one so it was pretty much hot dogs or premade Korean rolls.

Played Friday Aug 28th. POP was ok for here 4:20 waited on every hole but not by much. This course is know for slow play. Tee boxes were good, but there were about 3 that were closed for repair, so some of the holes were playing real short. The course compensated for that by putting the pins in really difficult positions. Fairways were real good, greens had a few marks but were not bad. Was in 4 bunkers and only the green side bunker at 16 had really good sand. Most were hard and dirt like. It was very hot today, glad I got done by 11:37. PS on #6 par 3 it was only playing 97 yards as this was one of the tee boxes under repair and I put my tee short 5" from the cup. I almost joined the hole in one and bowling 300 club. LOL Then my 4 some said if it is under 100 yards the hole in one does not count. LOL see what I play with. LOL It was fun.

Played 8/15 early AM tee time before the heat hit mid round. Course was in good shape with the plus side going to the greens, rooling true while the tee boxes were on the negative side, chewed up on most all boxes. I did a good job of avoiding the sidehill lies this time and played better. Pace of play was five hours in our tournament.

The great $20 golfnow rate versus the pathetic pace of play.
This course is too tough for the average hacker especially families
with kids. If you have 5+ hours conditions are decent

Played 2/15 around noon. $40 which is a great rate for this course. HOWEVER, I honestly don't see myself playing here again unless they make some serious changes to help pace of play. POP was atrocious at 5hr 35minutes. The fact that the POP is so bad here is too bad as the layout of very fun. A couple of tight holes but you have more room right or left than you think. Really hard to get a rhythm going as we were waiting on every single hole. Some tee boxes had lots of divot damage, but everything else was pretty lush. Greens were in very good condition. I don't know why they flipped the nines as we were backed up immediately on hole 2 (short par 3 following a short par 4). All in all save your money unless you want to make new friends with the group ahead of you.

Played on 1-24-15 (Saturday), with a 12:30 tee time. We teed off 20 minutes late, and POP was bad for the first 12 holes. We watched the threesome in front of us tee off at every tee box. As for the course, I liked the overall design; hardly any flat holes; sufficient lushness on the fairways. However, the greens were ROCK HARD, which often penalized good approach shots and made putting on the difficult greens that much harder. But for the greens, I would certainly consider playing there again, despite the POP. But unless I hear otherwise, the greens will keep me away.

Played today,out early and were the second ones out. Course in pretty decent shape after the rains. Great senior rate. Fairways pretty good, few thin areas but not bad. Greens were either fast or slow. Guess we were either before or after the mowers! Traps ok. The tough part was the pin placements. This course has many undulating greens and two tiers. Mnay placements were either on the side of a hill or at the bottom of one. Enjoyable round though. Friendly staff & starter.
