Played Westridge 1/14/15 as a walk on. Got the senior weekday rate of $35. Joined a 3 some. Nice guys and enjoyed the round with this group.

Overall, the course is in real good condition. Fairways are in really nice shape. Greens were real soft and not sure why. I guess they put a lot of water on them. They also they rolled very well but some were tricky as they are undulated. What was irritating is all of the unrepaired divot marks on the greens. I fixed at least 4-5 divot marks other than mine on each green. My God, cant you repair your divot mark on the green? Sand traps are good. Tee boxes were a little thrashed but not bad. Pace of play was about 4 hours. No waiting but a group of women behind us were pushing us a bit and kept us moving :-)

I have played this course numerous times and was always in good condition. Slow play was an issue but not this time. A little tight on the back nine but I wouldn't call this course real difficult. Worth the fee.

This is more of an experience and customer service review than I normally post, so bear with me :) Tee time was at 9:07 for $40 as a single. Was informed at check-in that they were running around 10-15 minutes behind. I had given myself a 5:15 window today to play, so I was worried. Teed off at 9:47, 40 minutes late. Was paired with another single and sent out as a twosome with foursomes ahead of us. The front nine took 2:35, the single I was with left on #5. No way I could finish the round in the time I needed to. Went to the shop attempting to get a rain check for the back 9...man at the counter said no rain checks. I explained the situation and he said I could try speaking with the GM. So I met Jamie, the GM; what a class act he is! He explained that the women's club brought twice as many people as expected this morning and it screwed everything up. I asked for the back 9 rain check, and he did me one better by giving me one for a full round. This is amazing customer service and I give major applause to Jamie for helping out a golfer in need. Conditions were good but damp/wet throughout the front 9. Nothing to complain about except for a few rocky bunkers and occasional mud.

Played an early morning round on Saturday. Checked in and starter informed us they were 20 minutes behind. Stacked up four deep on the first tee and knew it was going to be a long round. Did not mind much due to playing with my three adult sons and got to catch up with each other. Tees, fairways and bunkers were in good shape. Greens have a lot of unfixed divots. Pins had not been changed for a while and lot of foot prints around the pins. I try not to play on the weekend and this place just reminded me why.

Had not played here since early last year, so was surprised they had reversed the nines. ( I still prefer the old layout, finishing with the reachable par 5) The staff was perfect. Very friendly and accomodating. Teed off at 8:07, but despite not being very crowded, took almost 4 1/2 hours to finish. However the weather was nice, so just kicked back and enjoyed the day.

Overall the course is in decent shape. The pin positions they used today were brutal. (Or maybe I was just out of position ??? ) My only real complaint was the bunkers were very thin, not enough sand to allow you explode out . Looks like they are making an effort to maintain this place, which is appreciated.

Played Fri Nov 14th, Course was in good shape, They said the greens were punched 2 weeks ago and I was expecting them to be bad, but they recovered well and were not bad at all. POP was 4:15 good for here. The worse part of the entire day was eating there. The service is just so slow. They have one waitress and she gets worked to death. We will eat elseware next time.

booked a last minute tee time this morning for $30 on golfnow. After reading previous reviews I was a little hesitant but I figured for the price I would give it a shot. Customer service was good in the pro shop and even the cart guy downstairs was ok after a cold start. As for the course, the greens started off soggy but after they dried they rolled pretty well. Fairways were hit or miss but ok. Rough was inconsistent with a few bare spots. Traps were average but every one of them had footprints in them. Tee boxes are getting worked on so they were pretty bad but I won't hold that against them. POP was ok as we finished in just over 4 hours. Fair value for the money I paid today

Played Sat 10/18/14. Called the Wed prior and booked a 7:53am tee time for Sat...the person on the phone made no mention that we would be "worked in" around a tournament (or vice versa). Got there and we were charged $75/each...still no mention of a tournament. Walk down to the cart area and some old d^^che -bag very rudely say "take that one and go to tee #10 right now, your group is already waiting for you. It was 7:40. Still no mention of a tournament. We were actually paired with two gentleman that were "consulting" for the course. Played the back nine in roughly 1hr 45. The whole time there are sprinklers going on fairways and greens...at 8am?? The consultants said that this course wastes a ton of water.

We get back to tee #1 and there are three tournament groups shoved in front of us. No apologies, just a sarcastic laugh from the crusty old idiot in charge of the carts. Took us 3-3.5 hours to play 1-9. Unbelievable. Tee boxes were worse than any muni course, everything else was not much better. We would have never played here if they would have informed us of this tournament. These people are greedy thieves. Please do not give them any business.

Played here Friday 10/17/14. Found a good twilight rate a gave the course a try. Had been many years since I last played here, although live only 10 minutes away. It may have been done a long time ago, but I believe they flipped the 9's. Back 9 starts on the eastern side of the course, and is much more enjoyable than what now is the back. Very few flat or level holes here. Almost always going up or down in elevation. Large, sloping greens throughout. The back nine plays mostly on a side of a hill and several holes 10, 11 and 14 kind of run together along the slope of the hill (My least favorite 3 holes on the course).

Conditions. Fairways were average condition, with mixed varieties of grass, and many unfilled divots. Could put the blame on players as I was out late in the day. I rated 6/10.

Greens appeared better condition than they actually were. Again, suspect the might be better early in the day, but found them very bumpy and quite slow.

Tee boxes were chewed up some, and a few were crowned making for some uneven tee areas.

Service was average to good. Cart nearly died at 15th hole. No beverage carton the course. I may try this course again, maybe early in the day to compare. As mentioned, front 9 is enjoyable, but a few sideways holes on the back.
