played here yesterday as a single, got hooked up with three older korean gentlemen. got me off quick to the tee, unfortunately the threesome was already in the first fairway. anyway i just joined up. the overall condition is not bad, very green but almost too much so. the fairways are very shaggy as well as the greens. some fairways i felt like i was actually in the rough. not that i hit so many fairways in the first place. bunkers were nice and full of sand, though the greens were punched recently so as i mentioned before very shaggy and bumpy, so those 2 ft putts would still bounce off line. pace was not bad finished in 4 hours which i don't think has ever happened before at westridge. would come back another time if they would take a lawnmower to the place...

Played to day 3/10. Tee times backed up 15 minutes due to time change ???? Staff though was very friendly and even offered a free continental breakfast. Teed off the back nine first and was sent there with 2 groups on the tee box. POP was 5 hours, but it did feel quicker believe it or not.

For the course, Tee boxes were real shaggy. Had to flatten out grass before putting my peg into the ground. I soon found fairways were the same, long and furry. Bunkers had some standing water in them which I found to be odd since it last rained on Friday. The greens however were real good, smooth and challenging. The layout is great but it needs to be in better shape.

After playing here I can tell you I will be back. They are working hard on making this place better. I have to give a lot of credit for that. Today would have been much better is they only cut the grass. Even a warning before teeing off about the grass being high and why. That is least they could do to make the experience better.

Staff was perfect! Pace of play was very good - under 4 hours, which for an 11:12am tee time was very acceptable. I like this course, just wish the greens would have been better !

Played 2/27 @ 8a. Course is transitioning to the new owners, pro shop is skant with hardly any merchandise. Conditions aren't too bad, it's just not worth rack rate. I used th birdy savings card & it was only $3 off, $47! I don't understand that at all! Tee boxes level for the most part, fairway & rough almost the same, sand spotty with a lot of rocks in it. Greens were rolling good, medium speed. Not that many people here as before, round only took 4 hrs, but it was on a Wednesday.

Played on sunday for $39 from a website special. The course was just too muddy to play. I thought it was going to drain better from the rain but it didn't. The tee boxes were lush but muddy. Fairways were lush but had areas that looked like they were under repair. The best part of the course were the greens. A couple of pin placements were unfair, but the putts rolled true. It was cart path only, but i wish they would allow people to walk if that is the case. Should wait a couple of more days so the course can dry back up.

Played on 1/3/13. First golf of the year, and couldn't complain of the weather. It was nice and in the 70's. The last time I played this course (over 2 years ago) was a disaster. The fairway was not cut, and played the whole course in 3-5 inches of grass. And the reviews didn't improve for a while, so I stayed away. But this year, the annual golf tournament that I play in is going to be played here, so I have to get a few rounds in before June.

Found a great deal with the online booking from the course ($30 with cart), so I couldn't complain too much. Got there early. The club house guys were nice. I asked to buy a course map and they gave me a course guide for free. Went to the range, which still looks like it's separately owned. Nothing special, mats, beat up balls. The starter let us early, with one of the Marshall playing on his off day. Fairway was in good condition. Little yellow grass here and there, but you need to expect that in the Winter. Sand was soft and filled, not the hard bunker that I saw last time. Greens were a bit soft, held shots, but rolled true at medium speed. Rough was standard 3 inches and lush. Tee were in decent shape, couple holes were a little on the thin side.

Couple of things that bugged me was, people not fixing ball marks on the green and not raking the sand. I had two occasions and my friend had one occasion landing into a foot print on the sand. People doing the common courtesy makes things much better, but people playing in front of us seemed to not care of people behind them.

Much better experience than last time. But as the Marshall we played said, there are occasions that the course will not cut the grass if there is consecutive days of rain. So beware of the weather.

Played 12/15 the day after a couple of rainy days. The course was still a bit wet, but it drained pretty well. I'm finding this course into a prefer destination on my rotation now. The tee boxes were a bit beat up, likely related to the recent wet days. Fairways and greens were in great shape, with the greens a bit on the slow side, but smooth. The rough hasn't improved since I played the last time and is still thin at some spots. As previous review mentioned, $77 isn't cheap, but I don't see a better deal in the area.

At $77 a round it was definitely not worth it in its current condition. The fairway was non existent and the rough was weed infested. Until the maintenance is improved I probably will not return. Especially for the greens fees currently set, which I would be more than willing to pay if the course was in better condition.

Playing this course 2nd week in a roll. Conditions were great. There was a lot of sand on the greens last week, but it was no longtoday issue today. The round took about 4 hours with an 8am tee time and the field was moving. Would have been even faster if we didnt have to play the first 4 holes in total fog. Everything is in prime condition now, from the tee boxes, fairways, and the greens. I couldn't find anything to complain about. If you haven't played here recently, it's time to go back. Have fun and hit them straight!
