Played 5-7-16 first out playing in 2 1/2 hours using a moregolf deal for $22. Tee boxes were in real nice shape , lush and level except for all the three pars which were a little uneven. Fairways were in great shape, very lush and never had anything but a great lie. Rough was not that long but very lush. Bunkers were in real nice shape with nice white sand. Greens were rolling medium speed and very smooth. Course is in great shape, maybe the nicest I've seen it since they opened.

January 31st, 2016 Course played long but the greens and fairways were perfect.

Now the course played long...wind and lush fairways but the greens were without any blemishes whatsoever. Rolled true. Might be the best this side of PGA West Stadium or Maderas. Easier to read, as a matter of fact.

Not much I can add to sixpez's review. This was my first time here and I liked it okay. The course was in better condition than I expected for this late in summer. Fairways and rough had good coverage, greens were mostly smooth but slow, tee boxes and bunkers were good. For the rate of my UnderPar voucher, no complaints whatsoever.

Mark had a voucher he needed to use up for Cimarron ($39 for two players with a replay round is hard to beat). We played Boulder first, starting at 6:40 following a few other quick groups and joined by a single. We never had to wait on any shots and were never pushed by the twosome behind much at all, so it was a nice pace.

The course is in very good playable shape for this late in the summer. A little thin and brown in scattered patches, but the tee boxes were generally good, I almost always had great fairway lies and the rough was easy to play from with good coverage throughout. I was in a few bunkers and they had great sand, though a fair amount of pebbles and rocks. Only issue was people not raking up after themselves and having to play from footprint lies. The greens were firm and rolling slow. Still a little bit bumpy recovering from the most recent aeration, but getting close to fully healed.

Boulder is a pleasant course and, like weber said in his review, there isn't anything too distinctive about the layout. There is no such thing as a dogleg here, the fairways are generous and the greens are flat as pancakes with little-to-no breaks. Bunkers are to be avoided along with some OB areas along the outer edges, as these elements present the only real challenge. Nice unobstructed views of the mountains, solid conditions and amazing summer deals make it a worthwhile enough, though.

First time I have played here. Did not have real high expectations, but they were still not even met! I found the course to be rather boring. I suspect that in week or so I won't remember even one hole on this course. There was nothing special about the course, no "signature holes" at all. Conditions: I simply did not care for the greens! They were bumpy and slow. Very firm, in fact despite hitting a number of really good iron shots into them, I could not find a ball mark to repair? Fairways were decent, but brown. Numerous areas adjacent to the fairways were bare. Bunkers were hit or miss The positives: Staff was perfect! Arrived and got off first, so made it around in about 2 1/2 hours (twosome) Then was able to get right on the Pebble course and zipped around that course in well under two hours. The best part ...... it never got hot. 75 when we teed off at 6am on Boulder and about 91 when we put the clubs in trunk after finishing the Pebble course just at 10:15. Perfect ! Don't think I'd make the drive here again, but had a great time and was glad to have played here.

Three hour early am round on a well maintained course. The tee boxes were great and the fairways had the perfect amount of fluff for those that don't like a tight lie. The greens were slow early in the round but got quicker as they dried out - still hard to adjust too after playing other courses. The greens have very little break and were also in great shape. The staff is great each visit here as well. I would play here on a regular basis if I lived in the area. The green fees are reasonable and the course is always well cared for!!

Our final and seventh day of golf was here yesterday. Again, this little course had their condition at top notch... I Also see a GK validation (thanks!).

Our final and seventh day of golf was here yesterday. Again, this little course had their condition at top notch... I Also see a GK validation (thanks!).

Don't miss this course if you're in the area. It's reasonable greens fee, good service, great conditions and fun to play.

I also played 1/17 with my men's club. We started at 9:00 and yes the course was packed. Back nine was a little slow put it was a perfect day weather wise and we all had a great time.

I also played 1/17 with my men's club. We started at 9:00 and yes the course was packed. Back nine was a little slow put it was a perfect day weather wise and we all had a great time.
The pervious review was spot on about the conditions of the course. Fairways and greens were close to perfect. The bunkers had plenty of soft sand and the rough was lush and really made you work to get out.
The staff was really top notch. We play here every year and they treat us right. We get a package with a meal,range balls (nice all grass range) for a very good price.
