Played 3/14/26 2:15 POP 4:20. Course was in over all good to very good condition except for the traps and some tee box's. Fairways were green with good coverage, Rough was full but did not cause any real issues. Greens were great. Well struct shots stopped, others ran out. Ran at would say a medium pace. Greens are small and many have tough slopes which is the courses main defense. Was in two traps and both were very firm. The rest looked to be the same. Course layout is typical Muni with a couple of interesting twists. Not too difficult if your putting is on. A great course for an easy round with friends or beginners.

Tee off 1:15pm on Monday, Aug 11. Played with my brother and our wives. Course wasn't too crowded, at all. Good thing, because playing with the wives can get a little bit slow as we are still giving a few pointers and taking our time. We let a twosome and two singles play through and they were blazing fast, so no waiting and we didn't let anyone wait behind us. POP was right at 4.75hrs.

$70 to ride for civilian rate is acceptable. Not a great value, but no huge complaints on the price.

Teeboxes were all ok. Fairly level and had good coverage. Not perfect, but no huge complaints.

Fairways on the front nine are suspect, lots of bare areas and gopher holes. I'd recommend playing the ball up if you're gambling some serious money. There's a lot of good parts to the fairways, but definitely some bad spots that aren't marked GUR and some very poor areas that aren't fair to hit from if you hit the fairway. Back nine fairways were much nicer, good to great as a matter of fact.

Traps were poor. Very hard pan. I personally didn't find any of them, but my wife found a few and just tossed them out, they were impossible for her. Avoid at all cost right now.

Rough was long enough to make you think, just grip it a little tighter and you'll have no trouble getting good contact and advancing it no problem.

Greens were good. No huge complaints other than many ball marks that weren't repaired. They're on the smaller side and held shots fairly well. Couple little bumps here and there, but they were very playable.

Customer service was just fine, no frills. No cart service, but we BYOB some snacks and cocktails and then got a refill at the turn snack bar.

I really enjoy the course, especially the back nine!!! The back nine is as good as either nine on the North in my opinion. Holes 11-18 are just awesome. If the front was in better shape, it would be worthy of a much higher rating. Highly recommend, especially if you've never played it. If they ever get the front nine in better shape, it would be on my regular rotation.

Played 4/5/25 12:20 POP 4:15 Course is in overall decent shape. No real bad areas. Greens are 90% healed with remanence of the past punching. Ball wobbled and bounced a little from the faint punch marks & blooming Poana. Speeds were above average. These greens are smaller than average with above average undulations Making them fairly challenging. The fairways had decent coverage with a mix of grasses and mostly green. You will find a mix of lies in the fairways. Traps mostly firm, difficult but consistent. Basic parkland Muni course. You need to be aware of shots that can fly at you or by you from multiple directions. A fun course with friends or beginners.

Played 4/20/24 2 pm $78. POP 4:15. Greens have mostly recovered from punching. No sand and only faint hole punches. Putts ran well with only an occasional bounce. Medium speed, but still a challenge with the slope of the greens. Fairway's in decent shape. Lots of coverage and a little on the shaggy side, but played fine. Rough was a little thicker and caused more issues then they appear they will. Ball tended to settle down in it a touch. Very busy day and pace of play a little slower today. Lots of unrepaired ball marks on the greens. A course you really need to pay attention to the other groups around. Some of the Tees & even greens are in potentials errant shot landing areas. We had a few balls go cruising past us, one on a green while we were putting. Fun course and good one for high handicappers.

Played 3-16-24 $85 1 pm. First time playing the South course. Very straight forward parkland style course. Some tree lined fairways, but mostly open. Not many hazards and only one forced carry. Course was in over all good condition. Fairways had very good coverage with a mix of grasses. Some thin areas mixed with clumpy areas, but over all in good condition. Greens were in really good to great shape. On the firm side, putts ran true at a medium pace. Very quick down hill. Many of the greens have some above average slope, making some pin locations tricky. The biggest challenge of the course was the greens and the days pin placement. Saw the cart girl once. Pace was good for a Sat. at 4 hrs. Small driving range off mats. Good chipping and putting areas. Easy walking course. Some of the Tees on the front side are in the landing areas of the tees behind. Awareness is key! Good course for a relaxing day in the sun.

Walked the Whites (6129/68.4/120) with 1Plus1 in 4H, 10M mid day. High 60's calm and overcast made for nice playing conditions. My first time playing here. Old school, fairly tight, tree line Parkland style layout. Fun course to play, mostly flat with some hazards to avoid. Tees were very mediocre. Often unlevel. Mostly good coverage with some bare spots but too many unrepaired divots. Fairways mostly good with some GUR type areas on many holes. Rough a mixture of grasses, mostly good. The lies could vary widely within relatively small areas. Sand traps were really nice. Fine sand and well maintained. Greens are small and deceptively quick. Still showing the effects of spring punching, so they were bumpy. But few ball marks and you could see that in probably 7-10 days, they could be quite good. Customer service good. Saw a cart gal once and the restaurant onsite has good food @ good prices. Not as good a layout or in as good of condition as it's sister North course IMO. But still a fun course to play. Recommended knowing that the playing conditions are not that great.

Just got done playing. Saturday 9am teetime. First time I've played this course, I've played the North 5-6 times. The South side condition wise is pretty bad right now, but the layout is really cool, very interesting and has some beautiful holes. 13-15 are killer!!! but condition wise the entire course was pretty bad. Greens were the highlight. Very tiny greens and they held shots ok and putted quick and smooth, but still had some dead/bad spots. The rest of the course is way below average. $49 to walk and wasn't worth it.

The fairways on the front 9 are a disaster. Weeds and dirt. Back nine was a little better, but overall 2/10 on the fairways.

Teeboxes unlevel with divot damage and they had most of them all the way up with together, pretty much a joke.

Didn't find any bunkers and rough is pretty much dirt and weeds and patchy.

Killer layout, lots of water and awesome palm trees surrounding the greens with other awesome trees along all holes. Could be a really fun course if the conditions were better. I will stick with the North for now.

I heard the South course had maintenance issues. Well, whatever they were they have been fixed. The greens were in great shape. The bunkers were to. The fairways were ok. I saw lots of bare spots on the fairways and rough. I enjoyed this course more than I expected. An easy course like this one can disappoint. Expect too much and golf has a way of humbling you. If you are in the area they have nice waterproof golf shoes on sale.

Played the south course on Friday afternoon. Best part was the pace, about 3 1/2 hours on a Friday afternoon was great. Course was in average to a little above average shape.

Played the south course on Friday afternoon. Best part was the pace, about 3 1/2 hours on a Friday afternoon was great. Course was in average to a little above average shape.

Tee boxes were level and easy to play from. Fairways were mostly green with many brown spots but generally very playable. There is not much rough to speak of and wasn’t much of an issue. Sand was well manicured and playable. Greens looked great with almost no ball marks and lush. But unfortunately they were pretty bumpy and medium to slow speed.

The pace of play saved the day. It was pretty busy but we played fast. Cost was a little more then what I’m used to but I guess since it was a Friday they charge weekend rates. The course is not super challenging but fun. If you can get a tee time I would say go ahead and play!
