Played Chino Creek at 12:31 today with my son. Paired with two others, course was full but moved great all day. We only waited on a few shots and finished in around 4:20.

I've always loved this layout, so maybe I tend to be forgiving of conditions here and there, but for the most part I think Chino Creek is in very good shape right now. The greens were very soft, smooth and medium fast. In some places the greens were so soft that they seemed to pick up footprints from people's spikes, but it didn't seem to affect putts at all. The fairways are really nice in most spots and a little thin in others. Rough was more ragged – hit or miss if you were in grass or bare spots. I was only in one bunker and it wasn't too bad, although one guy we were paired with said the bunkers are terrible there (after two different shots had almost "bounced" out of bunkers).

I got a great rate on EZLinks and would be glad to return here again soon. (Although they are aerating Chino Creek on Oct. 7.)

Played El Prado - Chino Creek Monday . The course was in good shape . Nice tee boxes , good greens , the sand traps were also good & the fareways were ok . Sunday night into Monday morning must be there watering time because the place was flooded , tobad some of the water didn't make it into there ball washers . Walking on the greens was like walking on a sponge . That is why the greens were slow . It made big ball marks on the greens too . The 12th hole & 13th hole had some work done on the fareways . They took out the fareway traps . They are making the course easier . That's not a good thing .

I played this Course today, a practice round for the upcoming Inland Valley Am a 2 day event this weekend. Oh my God this Course is in terrible shape. Grass growing in some of the fairway bunkers with NO sand to boot especially #8, #9 and #12 fairway bunkers. Very large dry area's throughout the Course. And I do mean all of the fairways on the Chino Side. I hate to be the one to report this bad review on a Course that used to be my home Course but I also feel that all G'K players must be informed of the Conditions of this Course before they travel so "Know before you go".

Played 8/5. It's been less than 2 months since I played here and the course and gone straight down hill. Such a shame

Played just under 4 hours today and the course is in nice shape. They were doing some punching of the fairways but just hit and miss as they were punching only the areas that were dying so now the water will be able to get down to the roots. Good job maintenance. PS, for you seniors, there are a lot of courses in the same shape or better for anywhere from $5 to $10 cheaper in the area. This place has no senior rates.

Played 6-15 late afternoon. Conditions are pretty good for this course. Greens were smooth with decent speed to them. Rough is patchy in some areas but also super thick in other areas. Bunker and tee boxes were good and the pace of play is about 4 hrs yesterday. Make sure you close the windows in your car when u drive up and leave the course or you will be smelling the sewage and manure smell that is strong around the area.

Played today at 1:00, $34 through golfnow. Round lasted just shy of 5 hours with the course being quite busy. For the price, conditions are very good. Tee boxes were mostly level and lush, fairways were good to very good, and the rough...deadly! Thick kikuyu grass a few inches high, balls sat down more often than not and the rough grabbed clubs like crazy. I cannot comment on the bunkers other than that they looked fine. The greens did have some funky yellow spots, as mentioned in the previous review, but they must have been cut/rolled today, as they were smooth and fairly quick. My partner and I were draining putts from various distances all day, with hardly any bumps and our lines held true. Luck of the draw I guess. The wind was above 15 mph today, which made the course play a lot longer than advertised. Pretty good challenge, lots of character, above average conditions for this place...all in all a fun day.

We scratched together a small game on Friday. Not sure what phobowl or sammy3 are talking about, but aside from the fairways being decent the greens had some issues. I have played this course on and off since I was a kid. I have seen these greens way better than they are now. Looks like some kind of yellow fungus with bumpy circles all over them. The fairways were in great shape though and lots of new sand in the bunkers. Not a busy day so we blew through in about 4 hrs. Anyway, the routing of the course is fun but the greens need some help!
