Over all the course is only in fair condition. Sand traps looked as if they hadnot been cared for in weeks and had hardly any sand. twice I was hitting off bare ground. Greens needed to be cut , on some long putts you needed an iron to putt.

For $20 its worth the fun of playing golf. But no way no how, would I ever play more then $25.00 to play at BI. Its what me and my friends call the poor mans course in which is great when your on a budget and just want to go out with the boys. But dont pay more then $25.00 at any time for it, or youll feel cheated. (No Cart Girl Either)

Treeranger - Sebastopol, CA 
Great course for winter play, carts allowed on all fairways all year as the underlying soil is peat and delta sand. Some of the grass on the fairways is bermuda so it is brown but still provides a good playing surface.
